For over 30 years of reform and opening-up,China introduced a large number of foreign investment,a large number of wholly owned and joint venture company arises at the historic moment,Industry gas is the "blood",as the petroleum chemical industry,steel,electronics,glass,semiconductor chip pillar industry of national economy,such as utilities,also known as,open to foreign investment,from the early eighties,the world's four big industrial gases company,Germany Linde group,Air Liquid,the United States Air Products company,Praxair company in the United States participate in the competition of industrial gas market gradually enter the Chinese market,as a result of the policy limit,the important industry in the introduction of foreign capital,mostly adopt the 50:50 equity joint venture mode.The author's B gas joint venture company,founded in 2002,Linde group and Yangzi petrochemical company each contributed 50%of the first professional gas company and Sinopec cooperation.A joint venture of considering one is in order to meet the requirements of Yangzi BASF project construction,and according to the BASF aspects about oxygen nitrogen used for integration of project requirements must be provided by the third party,So the introduction of international professional gas company to run the specialization,Fifteen years have passed since the establishment of the joint venture company devoted much effort on both sides,through the combination of enterprise development,as well as the late Linde group and continue our cooperation set up the standard of Sinopec,and quickly copied the joint venture mode,set up several joint venture gas company.As the domestic macroeconomic from high-speed growth into the high-speed growth.Economy under the new normal profitability decline in petrochemical industry and the competition of industrial gases industry new happens,B gas joint venture to look at their own core ability and the development strategy,take advantage of their own resources,to further expand their business development,create value for customers,to achieve new progress of cooperation.To study the new competitive strategy,not only benefit from strategic level to analysis and research of the joint venture company business,clarify the development ideas,and for the management and development of 50:50 joint venture to provide reference.After nearly seven years in the company management practice,in order to industrial gas business and development of B joint venture company as the research object,using Chinese and foreign joint ventures and strategic management related theory,using PEST,Porter five models,analysis tools such as SWOT matrix,firstly analyzes the external opportunities and threats faced by,enterprise internal competitive advantage and disadvantage,finally it is concluded that the company should choose to implement differentiation strategy and centralization strategy.In the conclusion part points out the company competitive strategy implementation risk and pay attention to the point.Hope can give the future development of industrial gas joint venture to provide meaningful reference.
