The microbial pigment is a natural pigment with bright color produced by bacteria,fungi,algae and other microorganisms.It has many advantages,such as wide source,production is not limited by region and season,and has been industrialized.However,there are some problems in the dyeing of textiles with microbial pigments,especially the low dye uptake and poor colorfastness.In order to improve the dye uptake and colorfastness of the prodigiosin,three different ideas were used to explore the improvement of the dyeing performance of the prodigiosin.(1)Based on the p H-sensitive characteristics of prodigiosin,a "soluble-insoluble" conversion mechanism was constructed.Considering the concept of green manufacturing,a method of textile dyeing was designed by using organic acids with wide sources,low price and good environmental compatibility to regulate the p H of the dyeing solution.The results showed that the K/S value of dyed fabric was higher than that of inorganic hydrochloric acid under the control of different organic acids,and reached the highest under the control of citric acid.The K/S values of dyed wool and cotton fabrics were 8.58 and 3.79 respectively.Under the control of citric acid,the rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the dyed fabric are 4-5 grades,which is better than that of an inorganic acid.(2)On the basis of adjusting the p H of dyeing solution by citric acid,the method of fixing wool fabric with citric acid and a natural complexing agent was designed,and the dyeing mechanism based on the complexing mechanism was explored.The results show that tannic acid has a synergistic effect on complex dyeing.Under the synergistic condition of tannic acid,the K/S of complex dyeing wool fabric can reach 15.12,and the dye uptake of dyed fabric is obviously improved.The rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the dyed wool fabric are 4-5 grades.(3)A method was designed to improve the dye uptake of prodigiosin on cotton fabric by using citric acid to modify cotton fabric and enhancing the intermolecular hydrogen bond.The optimal modification process is citric acid concentration 10%,catalyst concentration 6%,baking temperature 180 ?,baking time 180 s,p H 3.The results show that under the optimal modification conditions,the K/S value of dyed cotton fabric is 6.85 and the weight gain rate is 8.5%,while the K/S value of unmodified dyed fabric is only 2.85.Under the modified conditions,the dye uptake rate of dyed cotton fabric is significantly improved.The rubbing and soaping fastness of cotton fabric modified by citric acid reached 4-5 grades.
