National innovation-driven development has pointed out the direction of scientific and technological innovation,and the status and value of researchers in society have been increasingly valued.Researchers not only create value for enterprises and society,but also play a better role in promoting quality and efficiency,reform and innovation.As a special group of laborers,researchers are difficult to quantify a lot of work due to the nature of their work and other reasons.Large-scale scientific and technological innovation is also difficult to be completed by individuals.Therefore,performance assessment is more multidimensional and complex.In order to improve the work performance of scientific research personnel and further improve their economic benefits and innovation ability,it is indispensable for scientific research institutions to establish a set of scientific and complete performance appraisal system.The performance appraisal system is an important factor in the human resource management of a unit.Only when the appraisal system is scientifically and reasonably implemented,can the salary distribution and other related work play a positive incentive role,further reflect the work value of researchers and give play to their enthusiasm and initiative.Based on YJ institute as the research object,this paper in reference to the relevant experts and scholars on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad,according to the work requirements of YJ institute for scientific research personnel,at the same time,combining with the characteristics of scientific research personnel work,hierarchy,etc.,through to the YJ institute of scientific research personnel performance appraisal appraisal system analysis of the content,method and application research,To find out the existing deficiencies and problems that need to be improved,and according to a series of performance assessment indicators such as the work content,quantifiable performance objectives,and measurable comprehensive quality of researchers,so as to develop the quantitative and qualitative performance assessment methods of researchers in YJ Research Institute.In the end,the paper to determine performance appraisal index,the performance appraisal process to implement,performance appraisal,security,performance appraisal feedback,performance appraisal results using the links such as surrounding YJ institute of scientific research personnel performance appraisal to improve research,formed a set based on the present situation of YJ institute feasible performance appraisal system.The improvement research in this paper has certain guidance and reference significance for improving the performance appraisal system of YJ Research Institute so as to strengthen the human resource management level,promote the performance improvement of researchers,and enhance the comprehensive ability level of YJ Research Institute.It can also play a certain enlightening role for the performance appraisal management of similar researchers...
