The globidal indexing cam mechanism is an intermittent indexing mechanism.Because of its excellent performance,compact structure and high indexing accuracy,it is widely used in textile machinery,high-speed machine tools,printing machinery and other fields.The core component of the mechanism is the globidal indexing cam.Its profile is a spatially non-developable curved surface.It is difficult to process and manufacture.In addition,my country started late in this regard,and the manufactured globoidal indexing cams have low accuracy and poor carrying capacity,The short life span severely restricts the promotion and application of the domestic cambered indexing cam mechanism.Therefore,reducing the processing difficulty and further improving the accuracy of the profile are of great significance to the promotion and application of the arc-face indexing cam mechanism.For this reason,this article takes cylindrical roller and tapered roller globular indexing cam as the research object,discusses its structural characteristics and problems in traditional machining methods,and deeply researches the machining method of globular indexing cam.Firstly,based on the principle of space conjugate surface,the theoretical working profile equations of cylindrical roller and tapered roller arc-surface indexing cam are derived by using rotation transformation matrix and differential geometry;secondly,the geometric structure,motion law,material and The heat treatment,etc.have been analyzed and researched,and with the help of Creo software,the three-dimensional modeling of the cylindrical roller arc surface indexing cam is carried out by writing the curve equation.This method is more concise and accurate than the point-line-surface-body method;Then,based on the tool position compensation method,combined with the principle of integrity,through multiple analysis of the positional relationship between the theoretical contact line and the actual contact line,the principle of multiple envelopes for single-sided machining is proposed,and the principle of multiple envelopes for single-sided machining is systematically explained.The tool position control mechanism and the tool control method are given.Finally,the cylindrical roller arc surface indexing cam mechanism and the tapered roller arc surface indexing cam mechanism are taken as examples.According to the principle of single-sided machining of multiple envelopes and conjugate surfaces The principle and rotation transformation matrix deduced the actual working profile equations of the two globular indexing cam mechanisms,established the cam profile normal error model,and analyzed and calculated the error with the help of MATLAB software to verify the single-sided machining multiple packages The validity of the network principle.
