Research On Excellent Performance Evaluation And Management Of Provincial Power Grid Material Companies

With the continuous deepening of power system reform and the constant changes of domestic and foreign economic environment,it is an important task for provincial power grid enterprises to promote the high-quality development of power grid and create a lean and efficient modern supply chain in the process of material intensive construction.In recent years,although the state Grid company has made some achievements in introducing the performance excellence model to improve the production and operation quality,it lacks further refinement in the classification application of different internal institutions,which affects the application effect of performance excellence in provincial power grid material companies.The research on the application of performance excellence started late in China,and the industry coverage is not high enough,so there are very few experience in the application of performance excellence for reference by power grid material companies.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct the excellent performance evaluation and management mode suitable for provincial power grid material companies.Fully interpreted performance excellence mode is presented in this paper industry standard and advanced experience,based on the analysis of the provincial power grid supplies company characteristic management connotation,and on the analysis of the research system and material management industry key KPI index on the basis of the designed and developed for supplies management business processes and performance results of power grid company of excellence performance evaluation index system.According to the characteristics of measurement attributes of process and result,the system uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and gray relational analysis to determine the weight of related indexes.Using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the subjective evaluation of process performance,performance using the results of objective measurement "level-the Trends-contrast-Integration"(Levels-the Trends-Comparisons-Integration,referred to as "Le-T-C-I)evaluation method,realized the grid company supplies the performance evaluation of the closed loop management excellence.On this basis,this paper constructs a five-stage performance excellence management mechanism and performance excellence evaluation index measurement standard,which lays a foundation for long-term effective performance evaluation and management of material companies.Finally,the established indicator system and evaluation method are applied to the power grid materials company in A province.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the case enterprise and the study of the application methods of the results,the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise management are accurately identified,and the improvement plan and methods are clarified,and good results are achieved.The research practice shows that the excellent performance evaluation and management mode of provincial power grid material companies constructed in this paper can effectively improve the quality management level of provincial power grid material companies and promote the continuous improvement of lean management maturity of the company.At the same time,it also sets an advanced example for other non-power supply professional institutions in the State Grid company to implement the performance excellence model,and plays an active role in promoting the excellent,coordinated and high-quality development of power grid enterprises.
