According to the problems of more uncertain factors involved in non-standard product research and development process and high complexity of project management,the axle assembly line R & D projects was researched.The contents of the project were decomposed and the project plans were formulated.A project team was established as it was required by the project and the scheduling of personnel was conducted.With the foundation of management system,the visualization for project management was implemented and the timeliness and accuracy of management were improved.First of all,the features of the axle assembly line R & D projects and the project management of such non-standard products were analyzed and the project goals and scope of work were made clear.With work breakdown structure to detail project task,a figure of the work breakdown structure was formed.In accordance with the contents of mission,the critical path was analyzed.In light of the project period,a project plan was developed and a network activity drawing was finished.The project progress plan was optimized with program evaluation and review technique.Then,after the analysis of the elements and forms of team formation,based on the project work,the right people were selected to form a project team.Work tasks were matched with the personnel,and duty subjects were identified with duty matrixes.The arithmetic of improved particle swarm optimization was used for the activities of the project scheduling analysis.The feasibility and the effect of the method to shorten the project cycle and reduce the costs of project were proved by the instance.Finally,through the design of software system,the results of the study were applied to the information management,and the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management were improved.
