| As the service life of cranes increases,the potential risks of their metal structures are increasing and growing.The failure of crane metal structure is easy to cause serious dangerous accidents of cranes,resulting in heavy property losses and casualties.Therefore,the risk assessment of crane metal structure and eliminating or reducing its existing risk factors can obviously improve the safety performance of cranes and have positive significance in engineering application.In this paper,the risk assessment of metal structure of bridge crane is carried out.A set of complete risk assessment process and method of metal structure of bridge crane is established,and the risk assessment and management system of metal structure of bridge crane is developed.Firstly,the mechanical analysis of the main beam structure of the bridge crane is carried out,and the failure criterion of the main beam structure of the bridge crane is established.Based on the probability and non-probability reliability theory,the main beam structure of the bridge crane is analyzed.The risk factors of the metal structure of the bridge crane are determined theoretically,providing technical support for the inspection and detection personnel of the crane to detect and evaluate the risk point of the metal structure of the bridge crane.Secondly,the risk factors affecting the metal structure of bridge crane are analyzed and summarized,and according to the characteristics of metal structure of bridge crane,the risk assessment index system of metal structure of bridge crane is established.Based on the trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy sets inner method,the weight of risk assessment index of the metal structure of the bridge crane is calculated.Then,based on the severity and probability of injury,the safety condition of the bridge crane metal structure is evaluated,and the safety condition assessment form of the bridge crane metal structure is established.Take an example to evaluate the risk of the metal structure of the bridge crane,and give the bridge crane corresponding safety management recommendations.The risk assessment of the metal structure of the bridge crane is not the ultimate goal and should be linked with management.Finally,the risk assessment management system for the metal structure of the bridge crane is developed,and the process of the risk assessment of the metal structure of the bridge crane is demonstrated through running examples.The results show that the system has a good risk assessment function and can assist crane inspection and inspection personnel to make scientific decisions. |
