Because of its small size,light weight,good concealment and other characteristics,flapping wing micro aircraft has important applications in both military and civil fields.After hundreds of millions of years of evolution,dragonflys body has excellent flying ability.Imitate the shape of the dragonfly to develop a dragonfly flapping wing aircraft,so that it can use the dragonfly flight ability,which will bring revolutionary changes to the world.How to develop a dragonflapping-wing-like aircraft with good practicability is the subject of this paper.This paper analyzes some miniature flapping wing aircraft prototypes that have been successfully developed at present,points out their advantages and disadvantages,and summarizes the development of miniature flapping wing aircraft,mainly from the task requirements and performance index analysis,preliminary design,detailed design,experimental verification and other steps.In the preliminary design of dragonfly flapping wing aircraft,the overall aerodynamic layout of this design is determined by comparing the aerodynamic layout of the existing dragonfly flapping wing aircraft and combining the flight mode of the real dragonfly.The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of aerodynamic layout of the tail fin are discussed,and the aerodynamic layout of the tail fin is determined.Based on the bionic scale ratio formula,the overall parameters of the dragonfly flapping wing aircraft are determined.The body structure design of dragonfly flapping wing aircraft is divided into three parts:drive system design,flapping system design and battery weight design.First of all,through the energy method to selection the motor,and then,calculate the reduction ratio of reducer,finally,through the optimization method to reducer parameters,determine the specific size.Second,compared the several common ways of flapping determines the design way of flutter,the layout of flapping mechanism and selection the concrete flapping mechanism,and through the vector equation method,a mathematical model of the selected flapping mechanism is established,and the change law of its displacement,velocity and acceleration with time is obtained.,and then by optimization method,the minimum vibration as the goal,the dimensions of a flapping mechanism are obtained.Finally,the energy method is used to calculate the weight of the battery with the longest endurance time as the goal under the condition that there is a certain load space.A design process was established for the design of the wing of the imitating dragonfly flapping-wing aircraft,and the specific shape of the wing was calculated through some specific parameters determined in the previous article.Optimizing the motion parameters,and then establishing an optimization process in the workbench to optimize the stiffness of the wings.Finally,the correctness of the theory is verified by wind tunnel experiments.Finally,the prototype of the dragonfly flapping-wing aircraft was built and the flight test experiment was carried out.The designed reducer,flapping mechanism and tail wing were specifically designed,and then the flight remote control system was designed.Finally,the sub-systems were integrated into the whole machine and the flight test was carried out to verify the prototype of the dragonfly flapping-wing aircraft.It is verified that the prototype of dragonfly flapping wing aircraft can fly normally...
