Research On Development Strategy Of Y Geological Engineering Exploration And Design Institute

As a state-owned enterprise in Yunnan Province,Y Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute,with a wide range of business,is an enterprise with complete qualification and strong strength in the geological exploration industry in Yunnan.As a basic industry supporting economic development,geological exploration plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic and social development.In the complicated environment both at home and abroad,geological exploration enterprises how to grasp the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,such as big opportunity to improve the quality and efficiency of development,enhance core competitiveness,It's one of the major problems of the current development needs to solve,is also an important subject worth studying.This paper takes Y Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute as the research object.By using PEST analysis model and Porter's Five Forces model to analyze its external environment,Analyze its internal environment from the aspects of business ability,qualification,quality management,human resources,financial status,technical equipment,etc.On the basis of investigation and interview,The EFE/IFE matrix was established by AHP analytic hierarchy process.Combined with the current development situation of geological exploration industry,it comprehensively evaluates the external and internal environment which the enterprise is facing.On the whole,the enterprise has obvious advantages.Although the external environment has some risks and challenges,the opportunities outweigh the challenges.On the basis of analyzing the key factors of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the mission and goals of Y Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute are clearly defined.Through the SWOT analysis matrix,the SO strategy has been developed to leverage its strengths and promote the steady growth of business.According to the different businesses of Y Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute,we should formulate a business-level strategy that makes full use of external opportunities,exerts its own advantages,and gives priority to the differentiated development.The business-level strategic implementation is: 1)consolidating the advantages of traditional business,realizing the differentiation of extended services;2)actively developing emerging businesses,realizing the differentiation of market segments;3)carrying out cooperation on scientific research,realizing the differentiation of service quality.And to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise development strategy,comprehensive strength to further enhance,the smooth realization of high-quality development goals,the specific measures to promote enterprise reform,strengthen technical quality control,strengthen the construction of talent team,enhance geological science and technology innovation,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,are also put forward.
