This experiment was located at Wutong Village,Longju Town,Wanzhou District,Chongqing.The research object was the fresh bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq..Under the different combination treatment of organic fertilizer and compound inorganic fertilizer,the effects of these factors on bulb yield and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.were studied.The aim was to explore the effects of different fertilization treatments on the yield and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq..There are four treatment groups in the experiment,which were Organic fertilizer(S1),Compound inorganic fertilizer(S2),Organic inorganic compound fertilizer(S3)and No fertilizer treatment(CK).The main results are as follows:1.Effects of different fertilization on soil environment.Compared with no fertilization,the three fertilization treatments could increase soil fertility in varying degrees.In general,the effect of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on soil fertility was better than that of inorganic fertilizer alone,and the effect of the latter was better than that of organic fertilizer alone.The three fertilization treatments could increase the activities of urease,sucrase,protease,catalase and phosphatase in rhizosphere soil,and decrease the activities of polyphenol oxidase.2.Effects of different fertilization on Soil and Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.elements.Compared with CK group(No fertilizer treatment),the contents of nutrient elements in rhizosphere soil increased with different fertilization.3.Effects of different fertilization on quality and yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq..Compared with CK group,the contents of peimine a,peimine B and peimine in three fertilization groups were higher than CK group.The contents of peimine A,peimine B and peimine in S3 organic-inorganic compound fertilizer group were the highest,followed by S2 inorganic fertilizer group and S1 organic fertilizer group.The effect of three fertilization groups on the protein content of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.bulb was significantly different.The protein content of S1 organic fertilizer group was lower than that of CK group except for arginine,while that of S3 organic-inorganic compound fertilizer group was higher than that of CK group except for aspartic acid and lysine.Only arginine increased in all three fertilization groups.Only aspartic acid and lysine showed a decreasing trend in the three fertilization groups.The contents of adenosine and deoxyadenosine in bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.in three fertilization groups were lower than those in CK group.The results showed that the three fertilization treatments could significantly improve the bulb yield per unit area of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,and S3 had the highest proportion of bulb yield,followed by S1 organic fertilizer group and S2 inorganic fertilizer group.From the perspective of economic benefits,S3 group had the best economic benefits.Due to the different fertilizer costs,the net yield increase of S3 and S1 groups increased slightly,but the effect was not significant.The economic benefit of S2 inorganic fertilizer group was the lowest among the three fertilization groups.
