Research On The Textbook "Speaking Chinese And Talking About Culture"

"Talking about Chinese Culture" is a language and culture textbook published by Beijing Language and Culture University Press.The teaching target is foreign students who have mastered the vocabulary and grammar points of Grade B in the "Proficiency Standards and Grades of Chinese Proficiency"(trial),and are more proficient in making Chinese simple sentences.Through statistical analysis of the text content,vocabulary,grammer and exercises in the textbook,the author finds that the textbook always runs through the "language-culture" line from text to practice,and achieves an organic combination of language learning and cultural learning.The textbook focuses on cultivating learners' communicative competence in language teaching,and carries out step-by-step expression training.And systematically introduces learners to the superficial and deep cultural knowledge of Chinese in communication in cultural teaching.Finally,this article combined with the analysis of the cultural acquisition situation of Chinese learners in colleges and universities,tried to put forward some revision suggestions and use suggestions for the textbook "Talking about Chinese Culture".
