In the social background of the whole nation's insistence on cultural self-confidence,the lifelong learning system is particularly important in a learning society.As an important part of social education,community art education has also received more and more attention.In recent years,as a member of "Harbin philharmonic chamber orchestra",the author has participated in the community art education activities carried out by the orchestra.From the perspective of sociology,the diachronic study of the orchestra is closely combined with the objective law of the development of community education through literature research,field investigation,case analysis and other research methods.With art education as the main theoretical support,the general law of the league's participation in community art education activities is summarized through rational thinking,and the general characteristics of the orchestra and further considerations for improvement are tried to be sorted out,so as to give theoretical guidance.This thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly discusses the research methods used in this article and the current research status at home and abroad.The second part is the body of the thesis,which consists of three chapters.The first chapter discusses the related concepts of community and community art education activities,and explains the communication and connection between community and social science,and attempts to set up a theoretical platform for the subsequent development of community art education from the academic perspective by taking urban cultural construction,compensation and lifelong education as the starting point.The second chapter analyzes the relationship between the Harbin "philharmonic" orchestra and community art education.Starting with the microscopic art phenomenon,from special to general research,enter the art of macro theoretical depth.The third chapter discusses community art education as a social education,how to make use of various resources to carry out community art education activities,how to combine social resources with community art education,and how to combine urban culture with community art education,as well as theefficient development strategy.The third part is the conclusion.This paper holds that "philharmonic" association and community cooperation is a good cycle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.This kind of community can make full use of its own advantages to play the role of improving residents' artistic quality in participating in community activities,at the same time,residents can participate in the art community extensively and deeply.In the long run,a variety of positive interactions will be formed,which will play an exemplary role in art education for community residents in Harbin.This article makes up for the shortcomings of the existing community art education research in Harbin,and can also provide corresponding references for community to participate in the community art education,provide corresponding theoretical basis and research practical experience for the development of community art education,and also provide some help for China to comprehensively accelerate the development of community art education.
