Cultural vocabulary teaching is both vocabulary teaching and cultural teaching.Through the study of cultural vocabulary,it can not only help Chinese learners to master more Chinese vocabulary knowledge,but also help Chinese learners to have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and understand the "Chinese thinking" and "Chinese logic".As a relatively new textbook published in 2015,< Mastering Chinese>,jointly published by Nankai University and People's Education Press,contains cultural vocabulary with novel content and close to life.It covers a wide range of cultural vocabulary and is difficult enough for learners of Chinese as a foreign language at the initial stage.Therefore,it is an appropriate textbook for research on cultural vocabulary teaching.In the primary stage of learning cultural vocabulary for TCSL learners,teachers should make reasonable teaching arrangements on the premise of distinguishing the primary and secondary aspects,so that each cultural vocabulary can fulfill its own teaching tasks.In addition,teachers can expand the teaching of cultural vocabulary according to the teaching needs.In the teaching of cultural vocabulary,teachers can choose appropriate cultural vocabulary teaching methods according to the characteristics of cultural vocabulary.The Direct Method,Grammar-Translation Method,Relevant Cultural Experience Method and Comparative Analysis Method can be used in the teaching of cultural vocabulary recognition and reading.In the development stage,attention should be paid to the appropriateness of the content and the enjoyment of the form of the expansion,and the awareness of cultural vocabulary expansion should be established.In the writing stage,attention should be paid to strengthening stroke practice,timely correction,strengthening the teaching interest,and combining multimedia technology with writing teaching.When teaching and exploring specific cultural words,cultural words are divided into nine categories for the convenience of discussion: architectural geography,food,festivals,biological implements,life etiquette and customs,recreational activities,thinking system,emotional value and idioms.(including idioms,proverbs,two-part allegorical saying and idioms).The Direct Method and Multimedia-assisted Method are universal methods.In addition,different categories of cultural vocabulary also have their own teaching methods.Teachers can design relevant cultural activities for food cultural vocabulary teaching,use seasonal songs to help students memorize cultural vocabulary teaching for festivals and festivals,use relevant cultural experience method for life etiquette and customs cultural vocabulary teaching,and use the Scenario Simulation Method for idioms teaching.The teaching plan design can show the teaching process in the form of intuitive operation method,and the teaching design based on the content of the cultural textbooks provides a reference for the operation of the teaching method of cultural vocabulary.Overall,cultural vocabulary teaching according to the characteristics of students and student demand,vocabulary characteristics,aspects and so on teaching material arrangement reasonably arrange the teaching method,through cultural vocabulary learning to help students further understand the Chinese cultural phenomenon,improve the students' interest in Chinese culture,broaden the students' thinking and perspective,developing students' consciousness of citizens of the world.
