Research On Buddhist Statue Art

This article elaborates the historical resources in the Daxiong Hall of Fengguo Temple from many aspects such as architectural art and Buddhist statues.Fengguo Temple not only has the most magnificent buildings in the Liao Dynasty,but also various murals painted by the Seven Buddhas in the Liao Dynasty in the past and after the Liao Dynasty.From the perspective of artistic level and artistic achievements,they are among the best in domestic temple art.It is reported that in 1125 AD,the Liao Dynasty was destroyed by the Jin Dynasty.The Jurchens believed in Buddhism.During the change of dynasties,the Liao Dynasty palaces were greatly damaged,but the Liaodi Buddhist temples survived.The Jinren continued the repair and restoration of the old temples in the Liao Dynasty.Xianxi Temple,which was not finally completed in the Liao Dynasty,was completed and later renamed Fengguo Temple.The dynasties and dynasties have been deeply influenced by the advanced culture of the Han ethnic group,and advocated the political and ethical concept system centered on Confucian filial piety as the core,so that the ancient architecture and paintings that originally belonged to the Han civilization in the Central Plains were integrated into Buddhism.The original intention of Liao Shengzong to build the temple was for the Liao Dynasty.The seven emperors and the empress dowager Xiao,but the wheels of history are rolling,and it is destined to abandon the old and promote the new.At the same time,Fengguo Temple,this thousand-year-old temple,has inseparable and close ties with the emperors and concubines of the past dynasties.It has a profound historical origin and profound background.Looking at the contemporary era,domestic and foreign researches are more about analyzing the valuable resources of Fengguo Temple from the perspective of architecture and mural painting,and more about architecture.The construction team of Tianjin University and the current experiments of Shaanxi cultural relics restoration experts trace back to the earliest foreign countries that started in Japan.The experts visited Fengguo Temple in the way of travel to summarize the characteristics of the painted murals and so on.Therefore,this article hopes to use the human anatomy for art as the foundation to explore the relationship between humans and the space environment through the analysis of the architectural structure,and from the principles of human anatomy to carry out the human body structure,body proportions,and expression techniques for large-scale clay sculpture Buddha statues.Through the research and exploration of other domestic representative murals,the historical value of the murals in Fengguo Temple is analyzed,hoping to look at the art and culture of Fengguo Temple from different perspectives.
