| Contemporary Russian detective novels are one of the most popular genres in popular literature.With their intense and exciting atmosphere,logical reasoning,and interlocking plots,they attract readers to constantly ponder and solve mysteries,so they have a large number of readers.This translation report is selected from Tatyana Ustinova's detective novel One Hundred Years of the Road.Tatiana Ustinova is one of the most popular female detective novelists in Russia.In 1999,she embarked on the path of writing novels.To date,she has published 48 books,35 of which have been featured in films or TV series.One Hundred Years on the Road was filmed as a TV series of the same name in 2020,and there is no Chinese translation yet.This translation practice report first introduces the author ' s biography,text content and text characteristics,describes the translation process,and adopts different translation techniques for the translation difficulties encountered in the translation process,from vocabulary,sentence and rhetoric.A case study of translation was carried out in three aspects,and then the experience of this translation practice was summarized.The purpose of this translation report is to broaden the horizons of Chinese readers for Russian detective novels,promote cultural exchanges between China and Russia,and also hope to provide some help for domestic research on Russian detective novels and their translation methods.From my own point of view,the author hopes to use various translation methods flexibly through this translation practice to accumulate translation experience and improve my own translation level. |
