The question of existence and truth has always been the eternal topic of western philosophy. As a pioneer of modern western philosophy,Brentano's unique view of existence and truth has had a profound influence on Husserl and Heidegger's later philosophy. This paper puts Brentano's investigation of truth and existence problems in his judgement theory originate from Brentano inherits Aristotle's view that truth is true judgement. The question of true judgement involves the understanding of existence, and Brentano distinguishes between being and existence. The first chapter of this paper studies the theory of truth under Brentano's judgement theory, which leads to Brentano's unique understanding of judgement theory. The second chapter discusses the relationship between existence and truth from the perspective of Brentano's judgement theory. The third chapter focuses on the influence of Brentano's judgement theory on later philosophy,in which the influence on Husserl and Heidegger's philosophy is the most direct. It is concluded that the most special contribution of Brentano's judgement theory to the truth problem and the existence problem is that the existence is the most core meaning, and the truth is the confirmation of the present existence.Truth is not the logical deduction of thought, but based on our present self-evident experience of existence.Brentano's theory of judgement contains the basis of existentialism and truth, which also proves that he is not a psychologicalist.
