Research On Instant Translation Service Design Based On Scenario Analysis

Under the background of economic globalization and the deepening of opening up to the outside world,the translation industry is booming,and the demand for translation is expanding,especially cross-border tourism,video conference,telephone paging and so on.With the development of mobile Internet,a variety of traditional service industries take the Internet Express and burst out new vitality.As one of the traditional industries,interpretation and translation services also try online services,but the results are not satisfactory.Therefore,based on the "Internet +" model of instant translation services,how to play a better role,to provide users with high-quality real-time interpretation and translation services,to meet the personalized translation needs of users has become the focus of this research.The subject takes service design as the theoretical framework and scenario analysis as the main research method to carry out theoretical research and practical innovation on instant translation services.In the research stage,firstly,the theoretical principles and characteristics of situational analysis are studied by literature method,the idea of applying situational analysis to instant translation service is optimized,and the development status and specific service cases of instant translation service are analyzed.The current mode of instant translation service is analyzed.Secondly,the key elements such as people,things,environment and activities are obtained by using the method of questionnaire and interview,the portraits of key characters are obtained,and the scene based on user role is constructed,by focusing on the situation.this paper explores all kinds of real-time translation needs of typical users.Thirdly,through the weight analysis of user demand elements with the help of Kano-QFD model,the transformation from user demand elements to instant translation service elements is completed,and the structure model of instant translation service elements is constructed based on the weight ranking,and the corresponding three service design strategies are put forward according to the model.Finally,according to the proposed strategy,the stakeholder map,service system map and service blueprint are constructed,and the design practice of real-time translation service based on the combination of software and hardware is completed.By analyzing and summarizing the traditional service model of instant translation,this study constructs a new service model with the combination of software and hardware by using the concept of service design and the method of scenario analysis.at the same time,it puts forward the basic design ideas for the interest relationship and service mode of the instant translation service system.This study is an innovative attempt to combine instant translation services with the development of the Internet,and can provide some reference for the online transformation and development of instant translation services.
