With the economic globalization,human resource management has become the necessary content of enterprise development,which also puts forward higher requirements for enterprise managers.In the process of internationalization,many new problems arise in the human resource management.For example,what can an enterprise do to carry out effective human resource management in the complex international situation and facilitate the development of internationalization of the enterprise.In order to solve these problems,timely understanding of foreign advanced human resource management methods and concepts has become the inevitable choice for enterprise managers.As such,human resource management English translation becomes important.The translation study of human resource management English can not only deepen the communication between China and foreign countries in this professional field and introduce advanced technical knowledge from the west,but also accumulate methods and experience in the translation of related field.This report selects the thesis of human resource management as the translation material.In order to create valuable services for human resource management,the source text introduces fsQCA(fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis)to reveal how HR management service providers allocate intellectual capital and human capital of employees.In the process of translation,the translator summarizes four stylistic features of the source text: first,there are a large number of terminologies;second,there are many acronyms;third,there are many inflections;fourth,in order to reflect the preciseness of the language,the source text uses a large number of passive voice sentences.This translation is intended to serve as information exchange.Based on the characteristics of the source text and the purpose of translation,this paper chooses to analyze the professional terms,acronyms,inflections and passive voice in sentences,as well as cohesion and coherence in discourse under the guidance of skopos theory.And combined with some practical cases in the translation process,the author sums up some translation strategies,aiming to contribute to translation studies in the related field.
