"The great times call for the great spirit,and the lofty cause needs the example to lead." To practice the socialist core values with the power of example,example education is a vital method.Example education is a kind of education that influences people's language,behavior and thought with the quality of excellent characters.Example education has vivid,vivid and concrete characteristics,it will abstract moral norms,norms through example demonstration into easy to understand and emulate behavior,in the ideological motivation and behavior guidance to people play an important role.Example education is not only the method of ideological and political education in our country,but also popular in moral education abroad All over the application.Among them,the social learning theory of the United States provides empirical research and theoretical analysis on the development of example education,which has a certain reference value for the development of example education in China.This paper mainly studies the role model education from the perspective of social learning theory,focusing on Albert Bandura's social learning theory,analyzes the development process and existing problems of role model education,and studies the enlightenment of observation learning,self-efficacy and ternary interactive determinism to role model education.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: first,through the study of the connotation and concept of social learning theory and example education,this paper briefly describes the reference significance of observation learning theory,self-efficacy and ternary interactive determinism to example education.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the development of model education in China in different periods and the results achieved.In the long-term practice of example education,educators have accumulated rich experience and achieved positive results in the methods,contents and paths of example education,but at the same time,there is also a lack of awareness of example education,weak ability to practice example behavior,role model education ring environment is not optimized and so on.The existence of these problems is related to the cultivation of the cognitive ability and behavior habits of the educate and the construction of the environment.Finally,this paper tries to reveal its enlightenment to China's model education based on the main contents of social learning theory.From the aspects of promoting the educate's cognition of model education,strengthening their ability to practice model behavior and optimizing the environment of model education,this paper explores the concrete countermeasures to optimize the model education in China.
