In recent years, the political landscape of European political parties has undergone profound changes, and traditional political parties have been challenged in terms of social influence and attractiveness. At the same time, many populist parties in European countries have appeared on stage. These parties are different from traditional populist parties. They are formed under the background of changes in external environment, economic situation, social structure and information technology. It has also made full use of this changing situation to make it a booster for growth and development,so it is called a neo-populist party. There is a big difference between neo-populist parties and traditional parties. One of the key differences is the relationship between parties and society.Whether it is a traditional party or a neo-populist party, its vitality lies in whether it can draw strength from society and obtain the support of social resources. However, under the new historical conditions, the political mobilization of European neo-populist parties with obvious capitalist attributes cannot escape the contradictory laws of capitalist development. From the perspective of political mobilization, this thesis takes Germany,Italy, and France as examples to study the characteristics of the relationship between neo-populist parties and society and the law of development and change. This thesis presents a total-point-total form in structure, which is divided into three parts. The first part explores several types of relations between political parties and society on the basis of analyzing the theory of political mobilization of political parties.Introduced European neo-populism and European neo-populist parties in a general way, distinguishing the old and new populism. The reasons and development characteristics of the strong rise of European neo-populist political parties are analyzed, including the major changes facing European development, the governance dilemma, and new changes in the political structure of political parties.Compared with traditional political parties,it shows a relatively flexible form. The second part takes Germany,Italy, and France, which are typical of the development of neo-populist parties,as an example.Based on the principle of the particularity of contradiction,it studies the background of the rise of neo-populist parties in three countries, the influence of their development and the formation of political mobilization.Among them,Germany is facing a more intense trend of fragmentation of the political party pattern. The emerging neo-populist parties have used political mobilization to win voters' support in the election.Changes in the social environment have provided them with material on party policy issues that cater to the preferences of voters, which has a far-reaching impact on the political ecology and national governance of German parties and even European integration. The political mobilization of Italy's neo-populist party has shown a more pronounced voter preference. The decline in economic development has caused changes in the political environment of political parties, and the lag of traditional political parties has greatly increased public disappointment. The neo-populist parties accurately grasped the psychological and political demands of the people in their political mobilization, and worked hard to combine the political mobilization of the parties with the people's demands, which affected the development of Italian party politics and the development and reform process of the European Union. The political mobilization of French neo-populist parties has achieved remarkable results.France under great changes has provided fertile ground for the rise of neo-populist parties. In political mobilization, the use of new media and the Internet and the legendary people as party leaders to build momentum, grasp the personal preferences of voters to enhance their mobilization advantages, and govern the acquisition of status confirms the effectiveness of political mobilization. It has a profound impact on the reform and development of the European Union and the evolution of the political pattern of French domestic parties. The third part makes a summary and comparative analysis, studies the commonalities and differences of the political mobilization of neo-populist parties in Germany,Italy and France, and obtains some enlightenments for the development of European party politics and world democratic politics.Through the above research, the innovation of this thesis is reflected in the research on the political mobilization of European neo-populist parties. The focus is on the specific aspects of the political mobilization of the neo-populist parties in Europe. The goal of political mobilization is to obtain the support of voters in the election or to run the party organization well.In the process of political mobilization,it is more dependent on the use of technology or the image of party leaders, and the presence of leaders in political mobilization can have a positive or negative impact.Whether the characteristics of political mobilization have similarities and differences can be used as the basic material for further research. At the same time, the typicality is extracted for analysis, induction and summary, and some enlightenments are drawn from the comparative study of the political mobilization of neo-populist parties in Germany,Italy and France. The shortcoming of this thesis is that the vision is not big enough to analyze the particularity from the universality, and the enlightenment obtained is only of reference significance.
