With the continuous development of social economy,the process of urbanization continues to speed up,and the transformation of villages in the city is a city problem that must be solved but is quite complex in the process of urbanization.The transformation of villages in the city is of great significance to the development of urbanization.At the same time,it can effectively improve the level of regional urban governance for the problem-solving and handling in the process of transformation of villages in the city,We will improve the pace of regional urbanization and better build a modern new countryside.In recent years,in various provinces and cities of our country,the transformation mode of urban villages has been constantly practiced and tried,mainly based on demolition compensation or reconstruction and resettlement.However,this traditional governance mode of urban villages has relatively good results in the early stage of urban village transformation,but with the continuous development of urban economy,people's requirements for housing and living continue to improve,As a result,social resources cannot be evenly distributed.At the same time,due to large-scale demolition compensation,the government's financial pressure is increasing,which requires to rethink the new model of urban village transformation,in order to better realize the effective solution of many problems in the process of urban village transformation and improve the speed of urban modernization.This study mainly focuses on the urban village reconstruction mode of Shenzhen city.Through the early search for the concept of relevant urban village reconstruction mode,three common urban village reconstruction modes and the research results of relevant domestic and foreign experts and scholars,as the theoretical basis of this study;secondly,in order to further study the urban village reconstruction mode of Shenzhen city from "dismantling" to "governance" In addition,through investigation and empirical analysis,the author designed the questionnaire and interview outline ofthe reconstruction model of villages in the city of Shenzhen,carried out the questionnaire survey and on-site interview records,organized and analyzed the data empirical part of this study,which was distributed through the data empirical part At present,the current situation and main problems of the mode of urban village transformation in Shenzhen are analyzed.In order to better analyze the transformation mode of the villages in the city of Shenzhen at this stage,in-depth analysis is also carried out in combination with the actual cases in the transformation process of the villages in the city of Shenzhen,so as to more clearly define the transformation process from the demolition and reconstruction mode dominated by "demolition" to the comprehensive management mode dominated by "governance".Finally,the city combines the current situation and existing problems of the transformation mode of the villages in the city of Shenzhen,and draws lessons from them Based on the relevant research experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of the urban village transformation mode in Shenzhen.It is hoped that the results of this study can provide certain theoretical support for the urban village reconstruction project in Shenzhen,and provide certain experience and theoretical reference for other regions and cities in China,so as to better promote the development of urbanization process in China.
