A Study On The Training Mode Of Party And Government Organs' Young Cadres

Outstanding leading cadres who play a prominent role in the leading group and the affairs of the state decide the future of the state and CPC (the Communist Party of China). As they are the reserve force, their qualities have a direct influence on the cause of our party and state. As Hu Jintao indicated at the meeting commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of CPC, to continuously train a large number of outstanding young cadres is of fundamental importance for carrying on the cause of the Party from generation to generation.In the country's growth over the past 62 years, great attention has been given to the selection and train of young cadres. Entering a new period, China's reform has stepped into a critical stage of new situation and new tasks. In the new historical starting point, further investigation in and grasp of the law of growth of leading cadres has a great influence on the victory of building a well-off society in an all-round way, opening a new chapter for a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and bringing citizens a better life.This paper summarizes the definition, characteristics and growth stages of young cadres, examines the growth of young cadres of the Party and government institutions and studies the training mode of cadres of the Party and government institutions. The results show that the training mode of young cadres of the Party and government institutions still remains defects such as stuffy theoretical training and social practice of low pertinence. And then we mainly proposes a set of training modes:'select—train--use (retrain)--evaluate'. These all aim to give some reference to the training of young cadres and the construction of cadres' governing capacity.
