Research On Legal Issues Of Rural Child Welfare In Relatively Poor Areas

China achieved a major victory in the battle against poverty in 2020,with absolute poverty eradicated,but compared with the more developed cities,some rural areas show a relative poverty situation.In order to understand the legal problems of rural children's welfare in relatively poor areas in the new period of our country,the paper adopts the literature research method and case analysis method and the data collection method to analyze the status quo of children's welfare in rural areas enjoying education and welfare,medical and health benefits,nutrition and health benefits and children's welfare legislation in relatively poor areas.It is learned that,based on the uneven development of regional economy,rural areas in relatively poor areas have a certain gap in the infrastructure,education,health conditions,medical and health care,nutrition and urban areas,and that rural children who are relatively poor under equal conditions enjoy less of these benefits than urban areas,and have relatively scarce welfare resources,so the welfare rights(right to life,equality,right to development,etc.)of rural children in relatively poor areas are not fully realized.China's legislation on children's welfare is still inadequate,that is,there is no relevant laws and policies for rural children in relatively poor areas,lack of basic principles of children's welfare in the existing legal norms,the subject is not clear,the content of the conflict,the division of responsibilities is not detailed,etc.,we need to actively legislate and improve the legal system to regulate,guide and manage the development of rural children's welfare,to ensure that rural children in relatively poor areas and urban children enjoy the same equal right to survival,equality and development.It is hoped that by drawing on the experience of other countries in the legal system of children's welfare,we can reveal that our country can improve the relevant laws and systems to promote the welfare of children in rural areas in relatively poor areas,strengthen local legislation,legalize child welfare policy,refine the mechanism of child welfare management,establish a professional legal service system,give full play to government functions,and improve the legal system of children's welfare,with a view to improving the situation of rural education,medical care and nutrition in relatively poor areas.To provide rural children in relatively poor areas with relatively fair welfare resources.
