Research On The Cultivation Of Legal Literacy Of Citizens In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that we should improve the legal quality and moral quality of the whole nation,and take it as an important content of adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way.Cultivating citizens' legal literacy is not only a national strategy and national action,but also a reconstruction of national spirit and improvement of national realm.Citizens with good legal literacy can not only realize the all-round development of individuals,but also effectively promote the practice process and social governance effect of comprehensive rule of law,so as to promote the in-depth development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It can be seen that the cultivation of citizens' legal literacy has become the key to the current construction of the rule of law in China.However,the current situation of citizens' legal literacy in China has affected and restricted the construction and development of a country ruled by law.This paper analyzes the reasons for the current main problems,and takes effective measures to cultivate citizens' legal literacy,improve their legal cognitive ability,establish their legal concept,strengthen their legal belief,and actively participate in the practice of the rule of law,so as to gradually make the rule of law become people's way of thinking,way of work and habits of life.The full text is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction.This part mainly discusses the research background and significance,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,expounds the research content and research methods and the innovation of the article.The second part expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of citizens' legal literacy in the new era.It mainly includes the relevant discussion of Chinese Marxism on citizens' legal literacy,puts forward the connotation requirements of citizens' legal literacy,and expounds the important significance of cultivating citizens' legal literacy in the new era,that is,it is conducive to further promoting the construction of a country ruled by law,the construction of a government ruled by law,and the construction of a society ruled by law.The third part from the legal knowledge,the concept of the rule of law,legal belief and legal behavior four aspects of the new era of our citizens' rule of law literacy for practical inspection,analysis of our citizens' rule of law literacy problems and the reasons for the problems.The fourth part expounds the path choice of the cultivation of citizens' legal literacy in the new era,through strengthening the publicity and education of the rule of law,expanding citizens' participation in the rule of law,and improving the operation of the rule of law,to achieve the fundamental purpose of improving citizens' legal literacy.
