The training of the government spokesman is an important component of the China's system of spokesman.As the establishment and development of the system of spokesman,our training of spokesman is lagging behind. The personal information of a spokesman directly affects the quality of government public relations and the image of the government, directly relates to open government information. However, because most of the government or spokesmen are part-time job, and there many differences among the academic background of them,and they received different training, Therefore, the current spokesman of the Chinese Government still exists a lack of media literacy and communication skills, lack of public relations ability, strong sense of bureaucratic government and resulted in poor communication between government and media.So promoting the training of spokesman improve the training model of government spokesman is to is an inevitable move to create and improve the system of spokesman in China.In this paper, I analyze the main problems of the Chinese government spokesman and the current training model of Chinese government spokesman, discuss what kind of Chinese government spokesman should be cultivated, what kind of knowledge our spokesman should have, what kind of person should be chosen as the spokesman cultivation object, how to improve the training model of spokesman, from three aspects of the training model including training objectives, select strategies and the way of training. In order to analyze how to cultivate government spokesman, especially under the special conditions in China, to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the system of spokesman in China.
