Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Implementing Online Petition In YD District

In recent years,my country's Internet has developed rapidly,and at the same time it has enriched and developed petition work with Chinese characteristics.Writing letters through the Internet has gradually become a channel and platform for ordinary people to participate in and discuss politics and reflect problems.Due to the characteristics of high efficiency,convenience,openness,transparency,low cost,and great influence,online petition letter are favored by many people.Over the past few years,the petition departments of various provinces across the country have established an online petition information system,relying on the Internet to form a new working model,namely,the work model of "online petition,online affairs,online evaluation of results,online supervision of problems,and online judgment of situations".As one of the main urban areas of Y city center,YD district,with the rapid development of economy and society,the process of urbanization is accelerating,various interest groups are intertwined,and various new types of problems are constantly emerging.The preferred method for many people.This paper takes online petition as the research subject,based on reading and studying the relevant literature of online petition and the relevant laws and policies issued by China,and takes YD district as a case study.First of all,it introduces the background of online petition,and combs the development and construction process of online petition.Then,taking YD district as an example,through data analysis and other ways,this paper expounds the existing problems of online petition in YD district at present.Although online petition is developing in depth,there are still deficiencies in platform integration,handling of matters related to law and litigation,publicity of online petition work,and team building of online petition workers.Finally,based on the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of online petition,and discusses in detail the specific measures from the aspects of integrating petition resources,speeding up the establishment of petition law,strengthening team building,increasing publicity and establishing social stability risk assessment mechanism,in order to innovate working methods,better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people,and promote the benign interaction between the people and the government Move.
