School bullying is a serious threat to the healthy growth of minors.As the phenomenon of school bullying becomes more and more intense,it is urgent to regulate the phenomenon of school bullying by law.School bullying is a very complex problem,which contains complex social problems.This thesis analyzes the current situation of school bullying and the existing problems in legal regulation of school bullying from sociology of law.Then author gives the strategies of legal regulation of school bullying.This thesis includes five chapters.The first chapter is an overview of school bullying.First,clarify the concept of "school bullying".Secondly,it explores the attribute of "school bullying" from the perspectives of sociology and law.The second chapter is an empirical analysis of school bullying.It is a basic research of follow paragraph.The third chapter is the reasons of school bullying.In this chapter,the author analyzes the cause of school bullying in social control theory and social learning theory.The main cause includes school factors and family factors in social control theory.And the main cause includes internet factors,media factors and social ethos factors in social learning theory.The fourth chapter is lack of legal regulation on school bullying.It's includes lack of special legal norms,the limitation of criminal law system,the deficiency of minor correction system and some administrative laws and regulations are not strictly applied.The fifth chapter is the strategies to deal with school bullying.The author gives the strategies at the level of social control and law control.
