Fuquan City Public Officials Participation In Urban Community Governance Problems And Countermeasures

With the rapid growth of urban residents demand for community services,the demand for community governance shows the trend of diversification and variety,which requires increasing the level of urban community governance,innovating and perfecting the mode of personnel participating in urban community governance.In addition,the transformation of government functions has also brought about a great change in the role of public officials,from traditional managers of public institutions to public servants who provide public goods and services to the public,While paying more attention to the sense of service,for giving full play to the role of the grass-roots national public officials in the comprehensive management of the residential area,which also requires public officials to participate in the urban community governance,which also requires public officials to participate in the urban community governance.As urbanization intensifies,the contradictions in urban communities become more complex,and the construction of urban community governance becomes more and more important.All places attach great importance to the construction of grassroots urban community governance,urban community governance plays a very important role in urban development.This requires multiple subjects to actively participate in urban community governance,build an advanced concept of multi-agent participation in urban community governance,and form a new pattern of mutual assistance and interactive development,this also includes public officials who live in urban communities.Therefore,the study of public officials in urban community governance problems and countermeasures have great significance.Based on the reality of Fuquan,this paper summarizes the basic situation of public officials participation in urban community governance,deeply understands the problems of public officials participation in urban community governance,and then analyzes the reasons for the problems,based on the experience of different subjects participating in urban community governance in other parts of China,For improving the level of community governance in Fuquan city,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and policy suggestions.This paper connects public officials with urban community governance,innovates the personnel participation mode of community governance,and deeply studies the problems existing in the process of public officials' participation in urban community governance,which is a breakthrough in this research field.
