Research On Friendship Cultivation Of The Residents In Urban Communities

The community is the cell of the city,which not only provides a place for residents to live and rest,but also has general social functions.With the in-depth development of the socialist market economy,the social transformation is accelerating,the urbanization process is speeding up,and the social mobility is becoming more intense.These factors result in that Chinese urban communities exhibit the characteristics of strangerization.And during the process of community governance,negative phenomena such as alienation of resident relations,utilitarian communication,and lack of community spirit have emerged.As one of the core socialist values,the friendship is the value requirement of individual citizens and plays a positive role in interpersonal interaction in urban communities.Cultivating the friendship of urban community residents is not only an important way for the core socialist values to enter the urban community,but also an important task of community ideological and political education.Actively cultivating the friendship of community residents will not only help improve the public morals of residents and meet their expectations for a better life,but also promote the spiritual development of community communities and enhance the function of community ideological and political education.At the same time,it is of great significance to enhance the participation of residents and improve their relationship in community governance.However,the current friendship cultivation of urban community residents has the following problems,including the inadequate handling of the relationship between cultivation work and cultural propaganda,the failure of cultivation to highlight the “education”dimension,the lack of practical consideration of the particularities of community residents,the lack of activities that reflect the characteristics of community life,the lack of specialized community ideological and political educators in the training team and so on.In view of the outstanding problems in the friendship cultivation of urban community residents,firstly,we will deeply analyze the influencing factors that restrict the friendship cultivation of urban community residents,including the unbalanced cultivation mentality,the lack of residents,the weak work force,the relatively lagging cultivation methods and so on.And the community theory and the moral theory in moral ethics will be employed to provide important guidance value for the friendship cultivation of urban community residents.Then we creatively interpret the friendship from three dimensions including moral cognition,moral emotion and moral action,and deeply excavate the virtue implication of the concept.Secondly,from the perspective of community ideological and political education,this paper examines the friendship cultivation of urban community residents,and puts forward that the community ideological and political education methods should be implemented in the friendship cultivation of urban community residents,so as to make up for the disadvantages of weakening the “education” dimension when promoting the friendship,and attach importance to the function of community ideological and political education.In addition,this paper focuses on fostering to return to life,from political discourse to life discourse,from one-way indoctrination to two-way interactive communication,to establish a life-like relationship between the subject and the object,and to construct the public life of community residents.Furthermore,starting from the practical problems of the friendship cultivation of urban community residents and combined with the characteristics of community life scenes and the needs of residents,we should create a positive and healthy cultural environment of community,pay attention to the role of moral example of the community,attach importance to the educational power of moral exchange,strengthen the practice of friendship of community residents,innovate the working methods of the friendship cultivation of community residents,and guide the residents to actively carry out the self-education of the friendship.Finally,in order to deepen the ideological foundation of the theory and understand the friendship cultivation of urban community residents more deeply and fully,the friendship cultivation of urban community residents will be deeply interpreted through comprehensively utilizing sociology,pedagogy,ethics,ideological and political education and other multi-disciplinary theoretical perspectives and knowledge,so as to provide more practical implementation ideas and solutions for the friendship cultivation of urban community residents.
