Research On Innovation Of Urban Grassroots Party Building In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the transformation of the main social contradictions in our country,it also puts forward new requirements for the party construction at the grass-roots level in cities.China's urban grass-roots party building has experienced three stages of development,from Neighborhood Committee Party building to community party building,and then to urban grass-roots party building innovation.In the new era,the innovation of urban grass-roots party construction is not only "the construction of grass-roots party groups in cities",but also "the innovation of urban grass-roots party construction".In the face of the new changes and challenges in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,exploring the innovative road of Urban Grassroots Party Construction in line with the development law of the new era is conducive to adhering to the party's purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,consolidating the party's ruling foundation in the city,and realizing the development of socialist modernization.This paper starts with the concept of "urban grass-roots party building" proposed at the National Symposium on urban grass-roots party building in 2017,takes the classical Marxist grass-roots party building thought and the CPC leaders' grass-roots party building thought as the theoretical basis,and draws on the successful experience of other socialist countries' ruling party's grass-roots party building.Based on 130 cases of urban grassroots party building innovation,this paper makes a systematic analysis of urban grassroots party building innovation.At present,the innovation of urban grass-roots party construction should seize the construction center of street community party organizations,develop regional party construction,expand the coverage of Party construction,and realize joint construction,governance and sharing.Through the innovation of "party building + multi-level linkage system","party building + resource integration mechanism","party building + precision service mode" and "party building + Internet cloud platform",we can realize the innovation and development of urban grassroots party building.At present,the innovation of urban grass-roots party construction has achieved certain results in the aspects of organization coverage,management service mode and organization operation mechanism,but it is still in the primary stage,and there are many problems and challenges.We must explore the root of the problem,summarize the experience and achievements,innovate the multi-level linkage system,resource integration mechanism,accurate service mode and Internet cloud platform,constantly improve the overall effect of Party building,improve the party building organizational structure,improve the governance level of Party building,create a comprehensive position of Party Building,and promote the development of urban grass-roots party building.
