Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Revitalization Of Rural Grass-roots Organizations From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

At present,in the context of China's overall victory in the fight against poverty,in the future,the focus of rural social development in future will be how to promote the reform of agricultural modernization,continue to speed up rural development,and improve the livelihood of farmers continuously.Terefore,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Organization revitalization is the key to realize rural revitalization,but there are still many problems in the construction of grass-roots organizations in rural areas,which restrict the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the development of rural society.In view of this,it is particularly important to research the problems existing in the revitalization of rural grass-roots organizations and strive to promote the sustainable and healthy development of rural society.This thesis starts from the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.First,the related concepts and basic theories involved in the study are described to clarify the meaning and category of Rural Revitalization and rural grass-roots organizations,which to ensure the the research objects are clear.Then,through the way of questionnaire survey on the current situation of rural grassroots organizations in D town of Pingdu City.Then,with the help of governance theory and administrative organization theory,this thesis identifies the problems existing in the construction of rural grass-roots organizations in D Town,and finds that there are some problems in the rural grass-roots organizations in D Town currently,such as the lack of economic leadership,the lack of excellent talents in the organization,the limited effectiveness of organizational governance,the fuzzy positioning of organizational role and so on.In-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,it is found that the main reasons are that China's urban-rural dual economic structure restricts the development of rural grass-roots organizations,the loss of rural talents leads to the unavailability of rural grass-roots organizations,the traditional extensive management mode does not match the needs of rural management in the new era and the lack of policies and systems in the management of rural grassroots organizations results in the fuzzy positioning of rural grassroots organizations.On this basis,this thesis puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions to promote the revitalization of rural grass-roots organizations.First,the government should improve the relevant policies and systems,strengthen the support and supervision of rural grass-roots organizations;Second,it should strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots organizations and enhance the strength of rural grass-roots organizations;Third,it should make up for the shortcomings of rural industrial development and promote the revitalization of rural grassroots organizations;Fourth,it should cultivate excellent talents in rural areas and ensure that there are people available in rural grassroots organizations.Hope that through these efforts to help improve the construction of rural grassroots organizations,to achieve revitalization.
