Research On Collaborative Governance Of Social Security Incident Emergency Information Under The Overall National Security Concept

With the continuous reform of my country's social system and structure,various social security incidents frequently occur,and emergency management of social security incidents is related to the safety of people's lives and property and the stable development of society.As one of the many fields involved in the overall national security concept,social security is related to national security.Therefore,in the process of emergency management in social security incidents,we should adhere to the guidance of the overall national security concept and respond to emergency intelligence collaborative governance.Emergency intelligence is the forerunner and key to emergency management of social security incidents.Collaborative governance of emergency intelligence can reduce information asymmetry and transaction costs in the process of emergency management of social security incidents,and promote the improvement of emergency management efficiency of social security incidents.Therefore,this paper studies the collaborative governance of social security incident emergency intelligence under the overall national security concept.First,the related research at home and abroad is reviewed,and the concepts and theories related to this paper are expounded,which provides the theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,according to the comprehensive model of collaborative governance,it proposes the synergistic influencing factors of emergency information of social security incidents,and constructs a hypothetical model,and tests and analyzes the hypothetical model of the synergistic influencing factors of emergency information of social security incidents through structural equation model.Then,according to the significant influencing factors of social security incident emergency information collaboration,the collaborative governance mechanism of social security incident emergency information is constructed from three dimensions:collaborative environment,collaborative motivation and collaborative ability.Finally,this paper puts forward the social security incident emergency information under the overall national security concept from four aspects: guided by the overall national security concept,building a collaborative environment supported by legal norms and technology,strengthening the participation of government leaders with multiple subjects,and promoting the healthy development of collaborative relationships.Optimization strategies for collaborative governance.
