An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Multisubject Collaborative Governance In Nimby Conflict

NIMBY conflict is an inevitable social problem in the process of rapid economic and social development and rapid urbanization in China during the social transformation period.NIMBY events in the form of collective protest frequently occur in cities around China,which has brought negative impact on urban stability and social economy.The traditional NIMBY conflict governance model dominated by a single power center of the government has gradually exposed its disadvantages,and it is difficult to deal with the NIMBY problem of multiple subjects and complex interests.At the same time,the extensive application and practice of collaborative governance theory provide new ideas for effectively solving the problem of NIMBY conflicts.How to realize effective collaborative governance of multiple subjects in NIMBY conflicts is an important concern of the current Chinese government and academic circles.Around this central problem,this paper,through the application of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods,according to the logical conception of multisubject identification,analysing behavior and dilemma,empirical analysis of influencing factors and optimization countermeasures,systematically analyzing the multi-subject collaborative governance model of NIMBY conflict.Firstly,under the guidance of collaborative governance theory and stakeholder theory,the stakeholders of NIMBY conflict are identified,and the multiple subjects of collaborative governance are divided into three categories: government,enterprise and social,and the specific behaviors of each subject in NIMBY conflict collaborative governance are deeply analyzed.On this basis,the paper examines the difficulties existing in China in the transformation of synergistic ideas,the low degree of synergistic cooperation and the insufficient supply of institutions and mechanisms.Secondly,according to the analysis ideas and methods of SEM,on the basis of theoretical research,the key factors influencing the effect of NIMBY conflict collaborative governance are determined,the theoretical model of NIMBY conflict multi-subject collaborative governance is constructed,and the research hypothesis is put forward.By reasonable selection of latent variables measure index,questionnaire design,and selection of Chengdu as the research area on the questionnaire data collection,using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0software to questionnaires,factor analysis and reliability and validity of model fitting test,finally it is concluded that the subjects of the government behavior,enterprise behavior and the social main body behavior respectively and correlation between the adjacent to avoid conflict coordination management effect has significant effects on the results of the study.Based on the above empirical research conclusions,this paper takes solving the collaborative dilemma as the starting point,and provides suggestions for the behavior optimization of government,society and enterprises from three aspects: the improvement and optimization of institutional mechanism,substantive behavior participation and the dual consideration of interests and responsibilities,so as to promote the multi-subject to participate in the collaborative governance of NIMBY conflict more actively and effectively,In order to improve the effect of multi-subject collaborative governance in the practice of NIMBY conflict governance for local governments in China,and to provide countermeasures and references for effective collaborative governance of multiple subjects.
