Research On The Optimization Of Employee Incentive Mechanism In Gui'an New Area

In China's government employment market,employee system is a relatively new human resources use mechanism.The construction of effective,reasonable and scientific incentive mechanism for government employees plays a key role in the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of government employees,and then affects the efficiency of government work.At present,the construction of employee incentive mechanism presents different situations in different places.The employee system implemented by local governments has a series of problems,such as single incentive method,misplacement of incentive orientation and imperfect evaluation mechanism,which need to be studied urgently.Since 2014,GUI 'an New Area in Guizhou has vigorously promoted the implementation of the employee system,breaking the traditional employment system with contract management.The employees of Guian New Area include all relevant functional departments of CPC Working Committee and management Committee,as well as public welfare units such as education and medical care.GUI 'an New Area provides necessary incentives to employees through material and spiritual means.Taking GUI 'an New Area in Guizhou as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the system support and operation practice of employee incentive mechanism in GUI 'an New Area.Firstly,the thesis combs the theories of government employee and incentive,and extracts the current research status of government employee incentive and the application of incentive theory.Secondly,the incentive content of employee management measures in GUI 'an New Area is interpreted,and the implementation of employee incentive mechanism in GUI 'an New Area is analyzed by using questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method comprehensively.Finally,the employee incentive mechanism of GUI 'an New Area should be optimized comprehensively.From the aspects of employee selection,employment,education,management and leadership,the effectiveness of employee incentive mechanism is improved,the mechanism of employee migration and transfer in GUI 'an New Area is improved,and specific measures for employee incentive mechanism are put forward.
