The Practical Path Of Urban Community Governance Model Innovatio

Nowadays,China's economy and society are developing rapidly,new urbanization is gradually advancing,and the diverse needs of urban grass-roots residents are increasing.At this time,various problems at the urban grass-roots level are emerging in the community.The contradictions of social public resources such as education,health care,employment and social security involved in the community are prominent.Building a harmonious community has become an issue of widespread concern in the society.This paper holds that the key to realize the harmonious development of the community is to govern the communityThe following problems should be improved,including the concept of community governance,the subject relationship,the plight of talents and the lack of funds.From these aspects,the community governance model should be studied accordingly.At this stage,the problems of some communities in Xi'an have affected the overall high-quality development of the community to a certain extent.In order to improve the problem of urban governance at the grass-roots level,the resources of social governance at the grass-roots level are sunk into the community,and the urban community is called for reform,so as to establish a modern community.The focus of the analysis of urban community governance is to build a community governance model,try to explore new ideas for the current community governance model in Xi'an,analyze the current governance situation in Xi'an,combine the characteristics of the community governance model,grasp the advantages of the characteristic governance model,and put forward some suggestions for the community governance model in Xi'an in the new period.Through the social governance theory and cooperative game theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between the government and other multiple subjects in the grass-roots urban community at the present stage,tries to break through the traditional contractual relationship between the government and other multiple subjects,and looks for the optimal mode of urban community governance in Xi'an,so as to deal with the new problems faced in the new era and new development.
