Townships are an effective supplement to the system of regional autonomy and in the form of one form of political organization,and its education plays an indispensable role in strengthening national unity,promote balanced regional development,to achieve long-term stability of the country and so on.From the start the survey,a comprehensive analysis of the size of the townships in Guangxi development of basic education,the status quo school conditions,teachers,education funding,construction of boarding schools,ethnic and cultural continuity.Through comparative analysis of survey data,Guangxi townships elementary education in recent years has made rapid development,but the level of basic education townships overall development and there is a large gap between the Guangxi region,the respective townships extremely basic education development balance,there is a lack of education funding,poor school conditions,teachers structure is irrational,unstable teachers,school layout is not rational,left-behind children's education and other issues outstanding problems to be solved.Development of the townships of basic education by policy factors,natural factors,economic factors,cultural factors and ethnic populations,and many other factors and constraints.Combined with the national introduction of relevant policies and Guangxi,Guangxi townships according to geographical features,make suggestions to promote the development of basic education in Guangxi townships.The first is to increase funding for basic education townships investment;the second is to enhance the overall quality of basic education teachers townships;the third,optimize the layout of the school,improve the educational level;the fourth is to strengthen the education and management townships children left behind;the fifth is to strengthen ethnic cultural heritage campus,highlighting the ethnic characteristic.
