Graduate assistants assist teaching in dance classes,cooperate with teachers to mobilize classroom atmosphere,stimulate students' inspiration and creativity in the interaction between teachers and students,answer questions and answer questions in class,and correct students' misunderstanding in action training and technology learning in time.Graduate assistants in between the teacher and the students played a good role in the transmission of information,establish the easier harmonious relationship between teachers and students,help to optimize the dance teaching mode,form a more reasonable and effective and improve the pertinence of undergraduate professional dance education level talent training mode.The teaching mode of dance education needs innovation and dance teaching needs to be inherited.Join the graduate assistants,contributes to the innovation of teaching methods,to build a new dance education concept,to further stimulate students'interest in learning the professional dance,so that the dance education undergraduate training more high-quality practical talents,and meet the needs of society for talents in the most extent.This paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter is an overview of the current situation of production and development of graduate assistant system,compared to the foreign and domestic graduate assistant system to study the similarities and differences of cases in American colleges and universities;the second chapter is the study of the undergraduate teaching in the classroom practice,first from a macro perspective,grasp the graduate assistants in the overall way the classroom practice,secondly from microcosmic perspective combined with the characteristics of dance professional undergraduate education,graduate assistants in detail follow the teacher entered the undergraduate classroom teaching assistant Tutor(including action demonstration,classroom recording,observation and Research)how to exert its own innovation ability link.The third chapter analyzes the questionnaire survey initiated by graduate student of dance performing specialty at Minzu University of China 15,and further studies the practical significance of graduate assistants in dance undergraduate teaching.The last is the fourth chapter,through the "outside the box,the concept of school education,so the graduate assistants are summarized in the dance undergraduate classroom practice,strengthen the purpose and significance of the paper,namely the graduate assistant system into undergraduate professional dance education teaching,give full play to the role of graduate teaching assistants,and put forward my own proposals.In order to improve the learning ability of graduate students,we can improve the teaching quality of the undergraduate class and further promote the training of dance professionals at the undergraduate level.
