Case teaching method refers to the teaching method of discussing,analyzing and summarizing cases by students under the guidance of teachers.This method uses cases as media and chooses teaching cases based on teaching objectives.Case teaching method has the characteristics of objective,vivid and active classroom.There are many special nouns in the module of Biology and Environment,the content structure is complex,and students are hard to remember.Liberal arts students are generally silent in high school biology class,the classroom atmosphere is rigid,and the case teaching method has the characteristics of objective,vivid and active classroom.Therefore,the characteristics of case teaching method can make up for the weakness of liberal arts students in learning biology,but so far,there is no relevant researcher.Members discuss this issue.In order to understand the specific effect of case teaching method on liberal arts students' learning of Biology and Environment module,to understand the impact of case teaching method on liberal arts students' learning of Biology and Environment module with complicated knowledge points and boring curriculum,and to explore its teaching effect,this study adopts case teaching method in teaching,with a view to providing reference for high school biology teaching reform and research.The study mainly takes two liberal arts classes as the research object,using traditional teaching method and case teaching method respectively.Before and after the experiment,the students' classroom performance in two classes were investigated by questionnaire and test paper.The students' classroom performance indicators in the questionnaire were counted,and the average score,standard deviation and P value of the test scores were calculated.After analyzing the data,the results show that case teaching method can effectively improve students' interest in classroom learning and actively participate in classroom teaching,but in terms of improving students' academic performance,case teaching method has certain effect,but it is not significant.And in the evaluation of students' core literacy level,it is found that case teaching method can effectively improve students' core literacy level of life concept,rational thinking,scientific research and social responsibility. |
