With the rapid development of China's education in the new era and the acceleration of the new curriculum education reform process,private education has gradually become an indispensable part of China's modern education.In the new era,China's private schools have made great progress in education and teaching quality,which is inseparable from the development of private primary and secondary school teachers.Longgang district,shenzhen city,guangdong province,as a private education developed administrative region,emerged a large number of high-quality private primary and secondary schools,the city has a pivotal position.Judging from the present situation of private primary and secondary schools,private primary and secondary school teachers face the high quality teacher erosion,unstable teachers' team,teachers master consciousness is not strong,worrying about the present and the future market,teaching lack of passion and enthusiasm,professional rise space is narrow,the above problems for private primary and secondary schools to create brand,to provide high quality teaching service,attracting high quality students had a negative effect,restricted the development and advancement of the private primary and secondary schools.Limited by the independent management and self-financing mode of private primary and secondary schools,it is difficult for school organizers and administrators to formulate the school system to change the existing problems of private primary and secondary school teachers.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to formulate supportive policies for private primary and secondary school teachers,so as to solve the problems existing in private primary and secondary school teachers,so that private primary and secondary school teachers can fully recognize their own profession and identity,and obtain the sense of material and spiritual security,thus inspiring private primary and secondary school teachers to devote themselves to teaching work wholeheartedly.Longgang district has a private primary and secondary school teachers support policy address the private primary and secondary school teachers,low level of wages,lack of refresher training,teaching ability is low,but according to the current district private primary and secondary school teachers team construction,longgang district of supporting policies and failed to really change the above problems,the effect is not obvious,not achieve expected goals,not on the issue of private primary and secondary school teachers reflect strong support policy.Thus,it can be seen that the policy of private primary and secondary school teachers in longgang district lacks field research before formulation and supervision and effect analysis in the implementation process,resulting in that the supportive policy of private primary and secondary school teachers in longgang district cannot fundamentally solve the problems faced by private primary and secondary school teachers.Longgang district government in thinking to realize private primary and secondary school teachers quality significance for the development of the private primary and secondary schools,to attach great importance to the problems faced by private primary and secondary school teachers,listen to the demands of private primary and secondary school teachers,and to support policy,enacted,implementation,evaluation and supervision for perfect,optimization,make the longgang district government as regulators,the provider of the two kinds of identity,not only to the behavior of the private primary and secondary school teachers must carry on the supervision and guidance,to service good private primary and secondary school teachers,more efforts to solve the problems facing the ranks of leading in the development of private primary and secondary school teachers.In this paper,the author combined his work in the administrative department of education experience,combined with the form of questionnaire,visit,through combing the longgang district government issued a series of supporting policies,discusses existing problems and research,to find reasons to problem,put forward in accordance with the requirements of the private primary and secondary school teachers team construction in the new period of the supporting policies.
