Education is the starting point and final goal of Olympic Movement;accordingly,the education of Olympic education values is an integral part to Olympic Movement The education of Olympic education values for primary and secondary school students has become a trend of Olympic Movement as time goes by.The education of Olympic values contains universal value,which Is of great significance for youth education under the multi-cultural background.On the other hand,the education has been localized during its practice in Each individual country or region.Coinciding with the cycle of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Education in China needs to explore its own education modes that match time and its self-condition basing on existing Olympic Education legacy and under the guide of teaching principle.This study uses value education of Olympic Winter Games as research object and uses literature study,questionnaire methods,which are based on a questionnaire survey of 121 primary and secondary school students' values education condition of Olympic Winter Games.The study also uses investigation and interview to invest the process of “Winter Olympics into campus” activities.This study first expounds the universality of Olympic education values and sorts out the localization of Olympic education in countries around the world.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the status and problems of the Beijing Youth Winter Olympic Education Practice were discovered,and the following conclusions were reached:1.The value of Beijing's Winter Olympic education reflects the integration of globalization and localization,but the understanding is not in-depth.Based on the globalization and the actual situation in Beijing,the Beijing Olympic Winter Education for elementary and middle schools in Beijing has created educational activities that are in line with local conditions and has shown the integration of globalization and localization.However,in understanding the value of Olympic education,schools,teachers,parents,and elementary and middle school students all exemplify the problem of a low level of understanding.2.The practice activities of Beijing Winter Olympic Education are diversified,but they lack experience and innovation.The content of the winter Olympic education practice activities in primary and secondary schools in Beijing reflects diversity and difference.However,the winter Olympic education is dominated by traditional education methods and methods,and the innovation is not enough.3.There is a lack of integration between the value and practice of Beijing's Winter Olympic education.From this research,there are certain problems between the value and practice of Olympic education and lack of integration.In terms of the value of Olympic education,there is a problem of low integration into life and inadequate understanding of values.In the practice of Olympic education,there are problems of lack of experience and lack of innovation,and the fit between the two is close relation.Regarding the problems in the value and practice of Beijing's Winter Olympic education,the following suggestions are made:1.Adapt to local conditions and promote the localization of Olympic education values.2.Accurate identification and innovation in the practice of Olympic education activities.3.Strengthen integration and promote the interaction between the value and practice of Olympic education.
