| As an important expression form of Chinese traditional culture,national traditional sports is the accumulation and important component of culturalization in the long history development of our country.With the rise of national scientific and technological progress and modernization development,national traditional sports are facing the impact of the development of modern sports,gradually fade out of the circle of people’s life in the development and evolution,this phenomenon also accelerated the rhythm of the loss of the root of national traditional sports culture.Protect the excellent national traditional sports culture,inherit the national traditional sports spirit,look at the excellent national culture with the new development vision,and turn the existing national traditional sports resources into the motive force of the development of physical education in the new era In light of the basic situation of the development of physical education in the western minority areas,it is incumbent upon us to take the development of traditional national physical education as the mission entrusted to us by the times.Based on the teaching of national traditional physical education in Duyun middle school,this paper combs the current situation of teaching and studies the problems in the teaching of national traditional physical education.In this process,this paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate and study the teaching plan,curriculum setting,teaching effect and students’ situation of ethnic traditional physical education in Duyun middle school.In the light of the development and evolution of ethnic traditional physical education physical education teaching,this paper refers to the research results of the vast number of scholars,taking the "reform and innovation" of the new era as the entry point to carry out the situation of the traditional national physical education teaching in Duyun middle school The following difficulties have been found in the investigation and analysis :1.Therelevant leaders pay less attention to the development of teaching resources and special funds,the facilities and facilities of school venues are not perfect,and the teaching focus is biased towards scientific and cultural knowledge.The emphasis of teacher’s teaching always tends to the choice of modern physical education and health teaching content,and the traditional national physical education items are taught in the classroom Less of them.According to the age and physiological situation of the students in middle school in ethnic areas,we should make great efforts to build the traditional national physical education teaching which is both national and innovative.Based on the course teaching,we should use the teaching mode of participating in the competition to strengthen the pertinence of the teaching and improve the students’ knowledge of skills.Develop and cultivate the moral character of physical education as the foothold of teaching path research;4.Rationally standardize the school physical education and health teaching curriculum design scheme,strengthen the national traditional physical education teaching content norms effectively into the curriculum syllabus of middle schools. |
