When the main driving force for the development of the economic,cultural and social society becomes the knowledge that constantly creates new economic growth points,it marks the era of knowledge economy,and the role of human society in the sustainable development of knowledge The more prominent it is.The realization of the value of knowledge services requires the integration of decentralized knowledge resources with their activities and organizations,and the better realization of value creation requires continuous change and innovative knowledge to gain a greater competitive advantage.Innovation never stops,and reform is always on the road."Deepening the reform of the science and technology system,establishing a technological innovation system with enterprises as the mainstay,market-oriented,deep integration of production,education and research,strengthening support for SME innovation,and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements" is the main point of the 19 th National Congress on innovation reform.An important source of knowledge innovation is a knowledge-intensive organization with rich knowledge resources — colleges and universities.By complementing knowledge through knowledge service activities and knowledge sharing platforms,enterprises can not only continuously improve their technologicalinnovation and ability to create value,but also continuously improve their knowledge and service capabilities.The two sides complement each other and make progress together.Undoubtedly,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and explore the mutual creation of university knowledge services and corporate interaction values.By analyzing the process of university knowledge service and exploring the mechanism of university knowledge service and enterprise value co-creation,it not only helps colleges and universities to provide better knowledge services for enterprises,realizes the purpose of turning theory into practice,but also makes the knowledge stock and value of enterprises Improve and expand the competitive advantage of enterprises,thus promoting the development of China's knowledge economy.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures on access,the research on knowledge services started late,and the fields of university libraries and intelligence are the main research points of knowledge services in universities in China.The research on knowledge-intensive services in universities is still poor.Research combined with value co-creation theory is rare.This study summarizes the research background,research significance and research methods through data collection.Through the literature review,the connotation and theoretical model of value co-creation,collaborative innovation and knowledge service are reviewed.In this study,a university and three companies were selected for case study.The collected interview data was encoded twice by NVIVO11.0 software.The first code was based on the interactive process of university knowledge service,whichwas classified into 10 main categories.With the selective decoding of university and enterprise as the interactive process of knowledge service in colleges and universities,the interactive process model of knowledge service in colleges and universities is constructed,and the division of responsibilities between the two parties in the three stages of interactive process of knowledge service is expounded.The second coding is based on the interaction between university knowledge service and enterprise value,and encodes the three dimensions of value co-creation antecedent,value co-creation process and value recognition result,and 15 index dimensions,which builds university knowledge service and A framework model diagram of corporate value creation,and a mechanism analysis for the model diagram.
