Research On The Synergistic Construction Of New Type Of University Think Tanks Under The Background Of Open Innovation

The evolution of information flow,material flow and energy flow in the society has promoted the evolution and replacement of social form,From the primitive society consisted of material,to the feudal society dominated by the energy elements,and to the modern society dominated by the information flow,every change of the elements profoundly affects every aspect of social development.Knowledge is a kind of information with higher purity and validity derived from information.We are in the information society,but knowledge is more valuable in information society.Which social organizations or subjects can take the initiative to grasp the knowledge flow and proper use it,it will seize the pulse of the development of the times.And there is no doubt that think tank is one of the most knowledge development potential organization.During the cold war,western capitalist countries as soon as possible recognized the huge competitive advantage that think tank could bring in the future,and took the lead role in the theory and the construction in think tank field.Now,think tank deeply affects all aspects of the western countries.Diplomacy about think tank has become the new reference factor to measure the national strength and the mapping of international political pattern.Think tank has popularized in the global scope and accepted by more and more governments.China,as the largest developing country in the world,the reform and opening policy in 1970s greatly promoted the development of China’s economy,but with the changing times,the necessity and urgency of China’s economic transformation are becoming more and more prominent,Theoretically,think tanks can provide critical and appropriate recommendations in the local or national economic restructuring,but in reality the development of China’s think tank is not optimistic,which can not support the overall development of the overall situation.In 2014,construction of think tank in China first rose to the level of national willing,It means the transformation and upgrading of the think tank entered a stage of substantive assault.University think tank,as the most potential organization among think tanks,should seize this historic opportunity to play its capacity.And also promote the upgrade in the whole think tank field,ultimately serving the nation construction.This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the research,and summarizes the relevant concepts of these research about its process and status,then puts forward the connotation and characteristics of the new type university think tank,followed by a more systematic and in-depth introduction to the theoretical basis of this article,and explore the common ground from these theory.And then finds out the developing predicament of new type university think tank by questionnaire.Paper is divided into four parts.They are introduction,text,summary and outlook,thanks.The specific structure of the article as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction.Including introducing the purpose and the significance of this study,sorting out the current situation of research from domestic and foreign scholars.And also introduce the research ideas and methods,paper innovations,etc.Chapter 2:Summarize the connotation and characteristics about new type university think tank.Based on the connotation of former think tanks,combined with the new situation and new requirements of the times,this paper puts forward a new connotation and features of new university think tanks.Chapter 3:Summarize the theory about think tanks,respectively elaborating the concept of open-innovation theory and synergetic theory,and also summing up the similarities of the two theories.Chapter 4:Using questionnaire to verify and analyze the data hypothesis of the new type university think tanks in advance.To help judge and find out the new think tank construction issues.Chapter 5:On the basis of chapter 4,combined with the current situation of the construction of the university think tank and the successful experience abroad,this paper systematically and detailedly introduces these practical problems existing in the construction of the new type university think tank.Chapter 6:Putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on chapter 5.Chapter 7:The last part includes two parts.They are summary and outlook,thanks.In the part of summary and outlook,this paper sincerely point out the inadequacies of this study,and also point out the problems of other valuable in university think tank field.In the part of thanks,expressing my most sincere thanks to my teachers,friends and classmates who had given me important help during my study career.
