The Research On Equalization Of Collocation Of Chinese Regional Basic Education Resources

Chinese elementary education equalization question has become the hot topic which the society pays attention to. The elementary education resources deployment's non-equalization is one of principal contradictions which the present country faces, and resolving this contradiction is a main way of various regions to realize the elementary education equalization. Through the analysis of regional elementary education resources deployment equalization's present situation, this article explores the influencing factor and the mechanism of regional elementary education resources deployment equalization, and constructs equalization index appraisal model of regional elementary education resources deployment, which provides the theory basis for our country realizing regional elementary education resources deployment equalization, and has important practice instruction value to our country perfecting elementary education system and policy. This article studies the contents which include:(1) Limiting the region elementary education resources deployment equalization connotation in turn, then from three aspects including the human resources, the physical resources and the fund resources Chinese present situation of regional elementary education resources deployment equalization are analyzed.(2) Giving four tremendous influencing factors of the regional elementary education resources deployment equalization, which includes macro economic, educational policy, social demand and educational system, and then the influencing factor theoretical model is constructed.
