Objective:Heart rate variability(HRV)refers to small changes in the R-R interval between successive heartbeats.Its essence is to analyze the law of tachycardia and difference.It will be the future research direction of sports field to use HRV index to reasonably control the amount of exercise to evaluate the degree of the body's response to sports stress and to evaluate the level of sports training,physical fitness and functional state of athletes.Exhausting exercise is a kind of exercise reflecting central fatigue and peripheral fatigue.In the exhausting exercise,the nervous system,cardiovascular system and so on will have great physiological changes,especially the HRV index will be greatly affected.However,at present,there are more researches on HRV in clinical medicine,and less reports on the correlation between the characteristics of changes before and after exhausting exercise and exercise ability.Therefore,based on the Bruce sports program,this study explores the correlation between the characteristics of heart rate variability before and after exhausting exercise and the recovery of physical education college students and their sports ability,in order to provide theoretical reference for the evaluation of sports training effect and the improvement of scientific degree of sports training in the future.Method:In this study,according to the physical fitness of students qualified test results as the criteria for screening test objects.In order to ensure that the experimental subjects have better movement ability.Through the preliminary screening,a total of 40 sports majors(20 boys and 20 girls)met the screening criteria.After the screening,body composition analysis(body composition tester,model inbody3.0)was carried out to make basic statistics on the experimental objects.The aerobic exercise ability was tested by astrand nomogram,the anaerobic exercise ability was tested by Wingate,the exhausted exercise was performed by Bruce program,and the heart rate variability tester(actigraph gt9x)was worn Link,USA)tested the HRV indexes before,after and the next morning,mainly including:?time domain indexes:R-R interval standard deviation(SDNN),root mean square value of adjacent R-R interval difference(RMSSD);?frequency domain indexes:low frequency output power mean value(LF),high frequency output power mean value(HF),high frequency output power The ratio of the mean value of power to the mean value of low-frequency output power(HF/LF);the mean value of extremely low-frequency output power(VLF);?nonlinear indexes:short axis(SD1)and long axis(SD2)of Poincare scatter diagram.In addition,before and after exhausting exercise,the fatigue related physiological indexes of the subjects were tested to evaluate the degree of exercise-induced fatigue,including flash fusion frequency,selective response time,heart rate,blood pressure and subjective fatigue Perception Scale(RPE).Results:Test results of HRV time domain indexes of students before and after exhaustive exercise:The results of SDNN index test:the SDNN value of boys decreased significantly after exhaustive exercise compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the SDNN value of boys had no significant change in the next morning compared with that before exercise(P>0.05).The SDNN of boys increased significantly(p<0.001)compared with exhausted exercise in the next morning;that of girls decreased significantly(p<0.001)compared with before exercise;that of boys did not change significantly(p>0.05)compared with before exercise in the next morning;that of boys increased significantly(p<0.001)compared with after exercise in the next morning.There was no significant difference in SDNN between men and women before exercise(p>0.05).There was a significant difference in SDNN between men and women after exercise(p<0.001).The SDNN of girls decreased more than that of boys in the state of exhaustion;there was no significant difference between men and women in the next morning(p>0.05).The results of RMSSD index test:after exhaustive exercise,the RMSSD value of boys decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the RMSSD value of boys in the next morning had no significant change compared with that before exercise(p>0.05);the RMSSD value of boys in the next morning increased significantly compared with that after exercise(p<0.001).After exhausting exercise,RMSSD value of girls decreased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that before exercise,but there was no significant change(p>0.05)compared with that before exercise in the next morning.The RMSSD value of girls in the next morning was significantly higher than that after exercise(p<0.001).There was no significant difference in RMSSD between men and women before exercise(p>0.05).There was no significant change in RMSSD between men and women after exercise(p>0.05);there was no significant change in RMSSD between men and women the next morning(p>0.05).Results of pNN50 index test:after exhaustive exercise,the pNN50 value of boys decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the pNN50 value of boys increased significantly compared with that before exercise in the next morning(p>0.001);the pNN50 value of boys increased significantly compared with that after exercise in the next morning(p<0.001).After exhausting exercise,the pNN50 of girls decreased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that before exercise,and that of girls increased significantly(p<0.01)in the next morning compared with that before exercise.The pNN50 value of girls in the next morning was significantly higher than that after exercise(p<0.001).There was no significant difference in pNN50 between men and women before exercise(p>0.05).After exercise,there was a significant change in pNN50 between men and women(p>0.01).The pNN50 of girls was more lower than that of boys;there was no significant change in pNN50 between men and women in the next morning(p>0.05).Test results of HRV frequency domain indexes of students before and after exhaustive exercise:VLF index test results:after exhaustive exercise,the VLF value of boys decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the VLF value of boys in the next morning decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001).In the next morning,VLF was significantly higher than that after exercise(p<0.001).After exercise,the VLF value of girls decreased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that before exercise;the VLF value of girls in the next morning increased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that after exercise;the VLF value of girls in the next morning decreased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that before exercise.There was no significant change in VLF between men and women before exercise(p>0.05);there was significant change in VLF between men and women after exercise(p<0.001);girls' VLF decreased more than boys' VLF;girls' VLF decreased more than boys' VLF in the next morning(p<0.001).HF index test results:after exhaustive exercise,the HF value of boys decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the HF value of boys in the next morning increased significantly compared with that after exercise(p<0.001);the HF value of boys in the next morning decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001).After exhausting exercise,the HF value of girls decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the HF value of girls in the next morning increased significantly compared with that after exercise(p<0.001);the HF value of girls in the next morning had no significant change compared with that before exercise(p>0.05).There was significant difference in HF between girls and boys before exercise(p<0.001),between girls and boys after exercise(p<0.001),between girls and boys in the next morning(p<0.01).The results of LF index test:after exhaustive exercise,the LF value of boys increased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the LF value of boys in the next morning had no significant change compared with that after exercise(p>0.05);the LF value of boys in the next morning increased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001).After exhausting exercise,the LF value of female students increased(p<0.05);the LF value of female students in the next morning had no significant change compared with that after exercise(p>0.05);the LF value of female students in the next morning had no significant change compared with that before exercise(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in LF value between men and women before exercise(p>0.05);there was no significant difference in LF value between men and women after exercise(p>0.05);lf value of women was lower than that of men in the next morning(p<0.01).LF/HF index test results:after exhaustive exercise,the LF/HF value of boys increased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that before exercise;the LF/HF value of boys in the next morning decreased significantly(p<0.001)compared with that after exercise;the LF/HF value of boys in the next morning had no significant change compared with that before exercise(p>0.05).After exhausting exercise,the LF/HF value of girls increased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the LF/HF value of girls in the next morning decreased significantly compared with that after exercise(p<0.001);the LF/HF value of girls in the next morning decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.01).There was no significant change in LF/HF between men and women before exercise(p>0.05);there was no significant change in LF/HF between men and women after exercise(p>0.05);the next morning,compared with girls,LF/HF was lower than boys;there was significant difference(p<0.01).The test results of HRV nonlinear indexes of students before and after exhaustive exercise:SD1 test results:after exhaustive exercise,the SD1 value of boys decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);the SD1 value of boys increased significantly in the next morning compared with that after exercise(p<0.001);there was no significant change in the next morning compared with that before exercise(p>0.05).Compared with before exercise,the SD1 of girls decreased significantly(p<0.001);compared with after exercise,the SD1 of girls in the next morning increased significantly(p<0.001);compared with before exercise,the SD1 of girls in the next morning had no significant change(p>0.05).There was no significant change in SD1 between male and female group before exercise(p>0.05);there was no significant change in sdl between male and female group after exercise(p>0.05);there was significant change in SD1 between female group and male group in the next morning(p<0.05).SD2 test results:after exhaustive exercise,SD2 value of boys decreased significantly compared with that before exercise(p<0.001);SD2 value of boys increased significantly compared with that after exercise in the next morning(p<0.001);SD2 value of boys had no significant change compared with that before exercise in the next morning(p>0.05).Compared with before exercise,the SD2 value of girls decreased significantly after exercise(p<0.001);compared with after exercise,the SD2 value of girls in the next morning increased significantly(p<0.001);compared with before exercise,the SD2 value of girls in the next morning had no significant change(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in SD2 between male and female group before exercise(p>0.05);after exercise,SD2 of male and female group decreased more than that of male group(p<0.05);there was no significant difference in SD2 between male and female group in the next morning(p>0.05).Correlation between HRV index and aerobic exercise ability of students before and after exhaustive exercise The results of correlation analysis between total aerobic capacity and time domain indexes before and after exhaustive exercise:test results before exercise;total aerobic capacity and SDNN indexes were moderately positively correlated.Test results after exercise:there was a moderate positive correlation between the total aerobic capacity and RMSSD.The next morning test results showed that the total aerobic capacity was positively correlated with RMSSD.The results of correlation between total aerobic capacity and frequency domain indexes before and after exhaustive exercise:test results before exercise;total aerobic capacity was negatively correlated with LF index and positively correlated with HF index.Test results after exercise:there was a moderate negative correlation between total aerobic capacity and LF.Test results in the next morning:there was a moderate positive correlation between total aerobic capacity and HF.The results showed that there was a moderate positive correlation between total aerobic capacity and sdl index.The results of correlation analysis between aerobic capacity and time domain indexes of boys before and after exhaustive exercise:the results of pre exercise test:Boys' aerobic capacity and RMSSD index are moderately positively correlated;the results of post exercise test:Boys' aerobic capacity and RMSSD index are moderately positively correlated;the results of the next morning test;Boys' aerobic capacity and RMSSD index are highly positively correlated;pNN50index is moderately positively correlated.The results of correlation analysis between male students' aerobic capacity and frequency domain indexes before and after exhaustive exercise:the results of pre exercise test:male students' aerobic capacity and VLF index are moderately positively correlated;the results of post exercise test:male students' aerobic capacity and LF index are moderately negatively correlated;the results of the next morning test:male students' aerobic capacity and LF/HF index are highly negatively correlated.The results showed that there was a moderate positive correlation between boys' aerobic capacity and sd1,and a moderate negative correlation between boys' aerobic capacity and SD2.The results of correlation analysis between aerobic capacity and time domain indexes before and after exhausting exercise:the results of pre exercise test:there was a moderate positive correlation between aerobic capacity and SDNN index of girls;the results of post exercise test:the results of the next morning test:there was a moderate positive correlation between aerobic capacity and RMSSD index of girls.The correlation between aerobic capacity and frequency domain indexes of female students before and after exhaustive exercise results:the results of pre exercise test:female students' aerobic capacity and LF indexes are moderately negative correlation,and moderately positive correlation with HF indexes;the results of post exercise test:female students' aerobic capacity and LF indexes are highly negative correlation.There is a significant correlation between HRV and aerobic capacity of students before and after exhaustive exercise,which shows that the higher the HRV index of students with stronger aerobic capacity in quiet state,the significant correlation between HRV and aerobic capacity after exercise,and the higher the level of HRV of students with stronger aerobic capacity before and after exhaustive exercise.The indexes before and after exhaustive exercise:test results after exercise:the total anaerobic capacity was positively correlated with SDNN index and RMSSD index.The results of correlation analysis between the total anaerobic capacity and frequency domain indexes before and after exhaustive exercise:the results of pre exercise test:the total anaerobic capacity and HF indexes are moderately positively correlated;the LF/HF indexes are moderately positively correlated.There was a moderate positive correlation between HF and VLF.The results of correlation analysis between anaerobic capacity and time domain indexes of boys before and after exhaustive exercise:the results of pre exercise test:there was a moderate positive correlation with RMSSD and pNN50;the results of post exercise test:there was a high positive correlation between anaerobic capacity and RMSSD of boys;the results of the next morning test:there was a high positive correlation between anaerobic capacity and RMSSD of boys;there was a moderate positive correlation between anaerobic capacity and pNN50 of boys.The results of correlation analysis between anaerobic capacity and frequency domain indexes of boys before and after exhaustive exercise:the results of pre exercise test:there was a moderate positive correlation with VLF indexes.Test results after exercise:there was a moderate positive correlation between boys' anaerobic ability and LF index the next morning test results:there was a high positive correlation between boys' anaerobic ability and LF/HF index in frequency domain.The results of correlation analysis between anaerobic capacity and frequency domain index of female students before and after exhaustive exercise:the results of pre exercise test:there was a moderate positive correlation between anaerobic capacity and HF index of female students;the results of the next morning test: there was a moderate positive correlation between anaerobic capacity and frequency domain index VLF of female students.There is a significant correlation between HRV and anaerobic ability of students before and after exhaustive exercise,which shows that the higher the HRV index of students with stronger anaerobic ability in quiet state,the more significant the correlation between HRV and anaerobic ability after exercise,and the more significant the correlation between male students' anaerobic ability and HRV frequency-domain index;the higher the anaerobic ability,the higher the HRV can maintain a relatively high level in exhausted state.Conclusion:(1)After exhausting exercise,HRV decreased,cardiac sympathetic activity increased,parasympathetic activity decreased,and sympathetic activity was dominant in the balance between them.The indexes of HRV changed significantly before and after the fatigue test,and exhausting exercise can cause fatigue.(2)Aerobic exercise can improve vagus nerve tension and heart rate variability at rest.Good exercise ability can increase HRV activity at rest,improve autonomic nerve balance,and make heart structure change adaptively.(3)There is a correlation between anaerobic exercise ability and HRV,and there is a significant correlation between anaerobic exercise ability and sympathetic LF in boys after exhaustive exercise.There is a gender difference between exercise ability and HRV.
