The rapid development of information technology centered on the Internet has dramatically changed the way of production,lifestyle and learning of human beings.The concept of "Internet+" has given rise to new industry forms,and has brought different levels of challenges to all walks of life.Traditional education concepts and learning concepts have also been impacted."Everyone learns,can learn everywhere,and can always learn." Society is being built.The special nature of the teacher's profession determines that teachers must practice the concept of lifelong learning with practical actions,so whether from the perspective of social development,from the perspective of classroom reform,from the perspective of professional development of teachers,or from the perspective of student development,They are the key ability of teachers to adapt to social changes,and they are the fundamental way of survival and development.Teacher learning includes both formal learning in the school environment and informal learning after leaving school.Informal learning is one of the important ways for teachers to improve their professional core literacy and achieve professional development.Special post teachers are a new force in the development of rural basic education in poor areas.The professional development status of special post teachers is closely related to the level of basic education development.With the help of the Internet,special post teachers can start informal learning anytime,anywhere,and get rid of the lack of learning resources caused by backward economic development.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the influential factors and strategies of special post teachers' informal learning under the background of "Internet+".This research found that most of the previous scholars' research on informal learning stayed at the theoretical level,with less empirical research.Research on teachers' informal learning started late and developed slowly;research on informal teachers' special learning No one has been involved.Based on this,this thesis investigates and analyzes the informal learning status of special post teachers in the "Internet+" environment,and proposes strategies for informal teachers' informal learning in the context of "Internet+".The main content of this study is divided into the following aspects:First,the introduction.After reviewing related literature,it sorted out related research at home and abroad,introduced the background,significance,and status of domestic and foreign research and evaluation in detail,and clarified the research content,ideas and methods of this research.Second,an overview of related theories.The core concepts related to informal learning are clarified,and the theoretical foundations related to this research are elaborated:adult learning theory,knowledge management theory,and neo-constructivism theory.Third,the informal learning of special post teachers in the context of "Internet+,"is summarized.The influence of "Internet+" on informal learning of special post teachers and the factors and forms of informal learning of special post teachers are analyzed.The characteristics of informal learning of special post teachers under the background of"Internet+" are summarized.Fourth,a survey of the informal learning status of special post teachers in counties X in the context of "Internet+".The questionnaire method and interview method were used to understand the basic situation of informal learning of special post teachers in county X,and the influencing factors of learners,learning resources and environmental support were analyzed.Fifth,informal special post teachers' learning strategies under the background of"Internet+".It mainly analyzes and proposes strategies from the level of special post teachers,learning resources and learning environment,and provides a reference for informal learning in special Internet environment for special post teachers.
