China is one of the few countries in the world where parenting is more common.When grandparents remove the role of "employee" and change to the role of "ancestor",it means that the elderly should devote themselves to the life of parenting their grandchildren,which also means that the elderly are gradually separated from the society and the community,and the scope of their activities is narrowed from the social environment to the family environment.Our country has already entered the aging society.With the continuous development of the community,we find that the elderly are actually the group that can not be ignored in the community.The community participation of the elderly plays a very important role in the community construction.The difference between the grandparents and the ordinary elderly is that,although they have rich experience and work experience,their communication circle is getting smaller and smaller because they have to take care of their grandchildren and have no community life.They can only stay in the family life and can't keep up with the rapid development of modern life,which makes their thoughts and life style backward,which brings strength to the elderly Big impact.Although there are many methods and contents for the elderly to participate in the community at present,the grandparents of the alternative education are a special group among the elderly.It has become a major problem for social workers to mobilize the community participation enthusiasm of the grandparents in the alternative education and let them enter the community into the society.At present,the problem of community participation of the elderly has been widely concerned,and the ways,methods and contents of community participation of the elderly have been greatly improved.However,the society ignores the special group of parenting grandparents,and classifies them into the ordinary elderly,which makes the problem of community participation of the elderly more serious instead of being solved.The phenomenon of alternative education is more and more common in our country,and there are more and more grandparents.Their community participation will greatly affect the construction and development of the community.This paper focuses on the community participation of grandparents in the alternative education,using the professional methods of group work to intervene,changing the sense of community participation of grandparents with the help of social work values,and intervening in the community participation of grandparents from the perspective of social work,so as to promote their reintegration into society,and provide a new direction for the elderly social work to solve the problem of community participation and experience.Through group work,the author intervened in the community participation of grandparents in L community's alternative education in Shenzhen,collected data in L community by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,analyzed and evaluated the community participation of grandparents in L community's alternative education by using professional data processing tools and written records,and conducted activities theory,social support theory and interpersonal needs With the support of the theory,the corresponding group work plan is formulated,and the group activities are carried out with the help of social workers.According to the needs of the group members,the parenting factors of the next generation are added to the contents of the group activities,so as to attract them to participate in the community activities from the content,and the enthusiasm and initiative of their community participation are further stimulated through seven group activities.After the group activities,the work is done The team members have a new understanding of the community they live in,a sense of security and trust in the community,and are able to actively participate in community activities.Not only that,some team members also take the initiative to plan new activities,and contribute to solving other elderly people with the same problems.Finally,the author summarizes the suggestions to promote the participation of grandparents in the community.From the social level,the society should pay attention to the grandparents,promote their integration into the society,and care for the grandparents,reduce the pressure of education;from the community level,we should improve the service consciousness of community social workers,and constantly enrich the content of community participation;from the social work level,we should effectively improve social workers Professional ability,expand the professional talent team,professional social work field is clear.
