In recent years,educational modernization and educational informatization are developing rapidly in the field of education,and have affected all aspects of educational and teaching activities.The key to the development of education and teaching is to build a contingent of teachers with high information literacy and the ability to apply information literacy to teaching activities.In this paper,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,data statistical analysis,this paper discusses the connotation of information literacy,high school physics teachers' information literacy,standard and research results,this paper argues that the middle school physics teachers' information literacy is a high school physics teachers collect information,process information,application information,information and other activities and the integration of physics teaching of the comprehensive ability and quality,mainly includes the information ethics and information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability from four aspects of literacy.Based on the survey results of information literacy of middle school physics teachers--teacher questionnaire and information literacy of middle school physics teachers--student questionnaire,this paper analyzes the information literacy of middle school physics teachers and the existing problems,expounds the causes of the problems,and gives Suggestions for improvement.The questionnaire was compiled according to the existing literature and related documents,and the respondents were middle school physics teachers and some students in tao nan city and surrounding towns in jilin province.It is found that most physics teachers in middle schools have good information theory literacy,but weak information application ability.The consciousness of applying information technology to physics classroom teaching is not strong;The cultivation of students' information literacy is poor.The main reasons for these problems are:schools do not pay enough attention to the information literacy of middle school physics teachers;Lack of adequate information technology support for secondary physics teachers;Middle school physics teachers have a poor understanding of the relationship between information literacy and physics teaching.According to the investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward the following four Suggestions:first,the school should strengthen the construction of information technology facilities,including hardware facilities and software facilities;Secondly,schools should pay more attention to the information literacy of physics teachers in middle schools.Thirdly,to cultivate the consciousness of middle school physics teachers to integrate information literacy into teaching;Fourth,strengthen the middle school physics teacher's information literacy in the teaching application training.In this paper,three teaching examples are selected from the physics teaching content,and information literacy is integrated into the physics teaching link for teaching design.Through the comparative analysis of the three examples,it is theoretically concluded that the application of information literacy in the teaching of middle school physics teachers is conducive to the development of teaching activities and the promotion of students' interests.
