Since the beginning of the new era,the party and the state have paid more and more attention to the development of vocational education,making vocational education rejuvenate.At the same time,judging from the course of the development of vocational education in China,vocational education and enterprises are mutual stakeholders.As an important body of vocational education,enterprises have a natural superiority and a sense of historical mission.However,as an important subject of vocational education,the development of enterprises is still unsatisfactory The embarrassing situation of"government-led,school-based,and enterprise absent" has been formed in actual work.Enterprise school running is often marginalized in the existing institutional environment,which has dampened the enthusiasm of enterprises as important school running subjects.Therefore,it is necessary to create a good institutional living environment for enterprises as an important subject of vocational education.This research uses the literature method,historical research method,and comparative research method to sort out the identity evolution and logical evolution of enterprises as important vocational education school subjects since the founding of the People's Republic of China,analyzes the institutional obstacles and the reasons for the existence of enterprises as the important school running subjects of vocational education,on this basis,it provides a system guarantee for enterprises as important vocational education subjects,with a view to promoting enterprises to better serve as important vocational education subjects.Specifically includes the following:The first part mainly discusses the problem and the significance of the research,and reviews the related research of enterprises as important school running subjects of vocational education from different aspects,and clarifies the research ideas and research methods,and carries out the core concepts related to research.and summarizes the proposed innovations and shortcomings of the research.The second part explains the connotation of the enterprise as the main body of vocational education from three aspects:the concept of the main body of vocational education,the content of the enterprise as the main body of vocational education and the characteristics of the enterprise as the main body of vocational education,and discusses the theoretical basis of the research.The third part mainly combs the identity evolution of enterprises as the main body of vocational education since the founding of the People's Republic of China,which is divided into three stages:enterprises are the organizers of vocational education(1949-1991),enterprises become the partners of vocational education(1992-2009),enterprises as the main body of vocational education(2010 to now).The fourth part sums up the logical evolution of enterprises as an important subject of vocational education,which mainly follows the concept change from "political grafting" to "spontaneous endogenous",from "passive closure" to "cooperative openness".The mode of "government-led" to "market-led" has changed,and the process guarantee has changed from "traditional regulation" to "multiple governance".The fifth part discusses the system obstacles of enterprises as the main body of vocational education,and points out that at present,Chinese enterprises as the main body of vocational education are faced with system obstacles such as imperfect legal system,unimpeded management system,imperfect financial support system,unreasonable incentive system and unscientific evaluation system.In the sixth part,the author analyzes the causes of the system obstacles of enterprises as the main body of vocational education,and points out that the existence of the system obstacles of enterprises as the main body of vocational education is mainly based on the continuous spread of utilitarian concept,the interest game of stakeholders,the lack of effective implementation of existing policies,and the profound influence of the government's logical vocational education.The seventh part mainly focuses on the social environment of the enterprise as an important school running subject,improving the legal and regulatory guarantee of the enterprise as an important school running subject,coordinating the investment of the enterprise as an important school running subject,improving the incentive system of the enterprise as an important school running subject,reforming the organization supply of the management and evaluation of the enterprise as an important school running subject,to provide the system guarantee for the main body of running a school,with a view to promoting enterprises to better serve as important school-run subjects of vocational education.In a word,this study systematically summarizes the evolution process of enterprises as an important school running subject of vocational education,clarifies many institutional barriers of enterprises as an important school running subject of vocational education,and creates a good institutional living environment for enterprises as an important school running subject of vocational education,it can stimulate enterprises to play an important role in vocational education.At the same time,there are some deficiencies in the method selection and demonstration process,so that this study can play a certain role in the future related research.
