As one of the "key events" in Teachers' career,open class has many functions such as demonstration,teaching research,assessment,competition,etc.it can improve teachers' professional knowledge,professional skills and emotional attitude.Teachers' attitude and cognition to open class affect teachers' behavior in open class activities,and their behavior performance directly affects the quality of open class.Therefore,we should pay attention to the understanding and attitude of middle school history teachers towards open class,and understand the existing problems of open class.From the three aspects of teachers,schools and education directors,this paper discusses how to carry out the strategy of open history course more effectively,which can make the middle school history teachers effectively use the activities of open history course,and achieve the improvement of teaching level and professional development level of teachers.This paper mainly takes the first-line history teachers in Guizhou and Guangxi as the research object,and carries out the research through the combination of questionnaire and interview.The content of the study mainly includes: the first chapter is related to the theory and system,which is the definition of the concepts involved in this paper and the relevant provisions of the school and education authorities.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of cognition and attitude.The research results show that: the first-line history teachers' self-awareness of taking the initiative to undertake the open class is not high;but they all recognize the role of history open class,which is mainly reflected in the promotion of professional ability,the promotion of professional skills,the correction of teachers' professional attitude and the awareness of teachers' self-development;finally,the current history teachers Views on the problems of open class: from the perspective of open class itself,there are problems of class model,lack of personality and false show.From the perspective of teachers,there are problems of weak attitude and strong utilitarian.From the perspective of the evaluation system of open class,there are still many problems,such as the evaluation is only in form,the process is not standardized,and the operability of improvement opinions is not high.In the third chapter,according to the present teachers' attitude,the problems of the open class itself and the problems of the evaluation system,the author puts forward suggestions from the aspects of teachers,schools and education authorities.This research is based on the investigation of front-line history teachers.Although there are some limitations in the data and interviews,it can also reflect the real cognition and attitude of middle school history teachers towards the open class to a certain extent,and the suggestions are also operational.
